I was able to walk in with a relatively easy jewellery repair, the team were able to help me out and fix it on the spot. They were very friendly and helpful, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have had numerous pieces either created or repaired over a number of years and have been extremely happy with each end product. Tim has been very helpful and always pleasant. My favourite piece is my deceased husbands wedding ring which was recreated so I could wear it as a necklace. Tim spent a long time working out the design for me until I was finally happy with the outcome. They are only to happy to clean and polish my jewellery for me as well. Thank you Tim.

Tim was so helpful, he was flat out with other jobs but he knew how important it was for me to have my ring back asap. Absolutely top-notch master jewellers. They repaired a very old, family heirloom broach (see photo), effectively dismantling the entire piece and meticulously rebuilding it. Fantastic job. And even better, they managed to complete it just in time for our wedding!
They also resized my wedding band a few months prior, which had an inscription on the inner surface relating to my great-grandparents wedding (1925) that they were able to carefully retain, even though the resizing required additional strengthening.
Highly recommend for repairs of important, valued items of jewellery.

Due to an injury to my hand I sadly I had to have my engagement & wedding rings "cut off". My finger was extremely swollen, infected & painful.
Tim was amazing, removed the rings without too much pain.
I have no hesitation in returning to Egoji once my injury is stabilised to allow the re-sizing and repairs to my rings.

I should have checked the negative reviews before my wife took her gold chain bracelet to be repaired here. The chain had a small locket that had started to unclip itself, posing a high risk that the bracelet could be lost. My wife’s brief to the jeweller was to fix the bracelet so that is would be safe to wear (my wife made no suggestion as to how that should be done – how could she? – she isn’t a jeweller). The very first time she wore the bracelet after the locket was ‘repaired’, it unclipped itself. The next time she wore it, she made sure she pressed the lock mechanism more firmly, but same result – it came adrift by itself. Admittedly she took a long time to return to the store to complain (5 months – Christmas, Covid and various other things got in the way, and it is jewellery that one wears infrequently), but the owners were disinterested in taking any ownership of the poor workmanship for which they had charged $120. They refused to find the repair docket (claimed they didn’t keep them for jobs 5 months back) and said the locket should not have been ‘repaired’, it should have been replaced. The owner didn’t explain how that option could have been our fault – after all we hadn’t stipulated how the job should be done! I couldn’t believe the unhelpful response that my wife had received, so I went to the shop. The owner wasn’t there, but the jeweller I spoke to proposed welding the locket closed thereby turning it into a charm and then fitting a new lock clasp – i.e. What should have been done at the start. He quoted $270 for the new work. I queried whether I would get a deduction for the unsuccessful ‘repair’ and the jeweller agreed to find the repair docket (apparently they weren’t discarded as we had previously been led to believe!). I would have agreed to this shop having a second attempt at fixing the locket had they agreed to deduct the cost of their failed first attempt, but they were only prepared to give us a $40 discount. I decided, given the standard of the work and customer service first time around, we were better off leaving them with the $120 (and a bad taste in ones mouth) than getting another bad job.

I recently went to Egoli with a wedding set that needed attention after I lost two stones and required additional repairs. I can honestly say I was delighted with both the service and repairs that were undertaken at an affordable price. Keep doing what you are doing)

Over 20 years ago, I was gifted my grandmother’s 1919 engagement ring. The ring setting was somewhat worn and needed a jeweller’s attention. So, I approached Tony from Egoli to ask about the best way to restore and reset my precious family heirloom. I can highly recommend Egoli Jewellers. Bad customer service.
I was wanting to enquire about a piece in their window, but the manager was arguing with other customers at the time - and behaving very unprofessionally. I decided t go somewhere else.

They lost the diamond we gave them, and the manager made out it was OUR fault! I found the owner to be extremely rude, and arrogant. It is my opinion that their internal gem handling procedures are extremely flawed - as are the owner's customer service skills.

I'm passionate about my jewellery & when I moved from Vic to WA in 86 one of my priorities was to find an honest, knowledgeable, expert craftsman jeweller, as I'd had a couple of really bad experiences with jewellers in Victoria. The most heartbreaking was when I had my large white gold diamond cluster engagement ring re designed. I felt the style had dated, & I also wanted to change to yellow gold. I decided on a solitaire ring, & having the remaining diamonds set into earrings. When completed, I took both in for valuations, only to discover that my original diamonds had been replaced with inferior stones~I was gutted. Hence my scepticism with all jeweller's until the late 90's when I found Egoli & have been both buying from, & having work done with them ever since. (I noticed I'd lost a stone from my Colombian Emerald & Diamond ring a few weeks ago, so took it in for a replacement & eagerly awaiting the beautiful finished result). Tony, Nicki, Tim, Jason & the staff are everything & more than you could ever wish for when entrusting your precious & valuable gems in their hands. Their expertise, knowledge, skilled craftsmanship, honesty, helpful advice/communication, & super friendly service is beyond brilliant~it's over & above the expectations I've had with any other jeweller I've used in the past. I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Egoli, especially if you're like I was after a bad experience & wary of jeweller's~they're THE BEST! I have had a number of jewellery pieces modified and have been really happy. Today I picked up a pair of diamond and sapphire earrings that were changed from studs to having a Shephard’s hook and I was so happy with the outcome. Staff are very helpful. Definitely recommend

I have been using Egoli for the last 20 years and Tony and Nicki have been absolutely brilliant making all of my custom made jewellery. The team at Egoli are such friendly and helpful people, nothing is too much to ask. Always honest valuations of pieces that I have brought in and the creation of stunning rings from my old gold. The team at Egoli have been so incredibly helpful. I recently had some jewellery remodelled and I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted. Everyone there listened to what I told them, looked at the various photos I brought in of items I liked, gave me advice based on the pieces I had brought in, and ultimately designed some exquisite jewellery for me to wear. Initially I had planned to wear the rings I had made only occasionally, but they are so lovely that I now wear them every day, and people compliment them all the time. The guys at Egoli have also since made my Grandmother's wedding ring into a ring for me to wear, and it turned out so perfectly, I couldn't be happier. Once again, the service I received from everyone there was nothing short of exceptional, and on top of that, a lot of kindness was shown, given it was such a sentimental piece for me. Can't recommend the workmanship and service here highly enough!

I have been going to Egoli for many years now. I have had different rings modified and remade and I have always enjoyed visiting them. They are all very patient, helpful and so understanding about everything I have ever asked of them. The craftsmanship is second to none, I won't go anywhere else even though we have moved away from the area. It feels like I am visiting friends whenever I go there.

I have had an idea for our 25th anniversary and I walked in at Egoli and asked Tim to modify our old wedding rings to fit on some new band rings that I've ordered somewhere else. They have done a marvelous job, but not only that, they have even recommended another jeweler that can finish the job for me using a laser soldering machine, without damaging the new rings.
Great service and craftmanship, so hard to find these days.highly recommended.

Made a ring for me but got the size completely wrong and I was told "it was my fault ". Charged me nearly $3000 that I have not been able to wear. Go else where to get jewelry made. The owners were very arrogant and had no customer service skills.

The staff at Egoli are extremely welcoming, and always provide me with prompt attention and a high level of customer service. I have had a number of pieces of jewellery, some valuable and some purely sentimental, repaired, and I have always been advised of risks and costs and been able to make an informed choice. I have also had some really beautiful pieces made for me and been very happy with the result and the cost. I have complete trust in their advice and skills. Tony, Nikki (hope that is the correct spelling!) and Tim give great advice and also respect my opinion, and don't mind spending a lot of time with me to get the design just right. I highly recommend Egoli.

September and I have just had delivery of the beautiful bespoke pendant designed around two sapphires from my husband's place of birth in Sri Lanka. The work is perfect, with incredible attention to detail, and the advice I was given was just right for this piece. I am very happy with every aspect including the price for this piece to be made.
