Dropped my mum off at 11. Only for them to say come at 11: 20. Then when it was time for her appointment, the door was locked so she called them 5 times and by this time it was going towards 12, they finally answered her call and the lady says she has to take her kids to a doctors appointment. Very unprofessional. We drove very far just for this to happen. If it was me I wouldn’t care as much but because this happened to my mum? Disgusting.

Booked an appointment with this salon on Monday for a Friday appointment with a deposit. Requested details of what was available for extensions with no response via text. Messaged them again on another platform (FB) with the same question. Finally responded and said they only had wigs, not bundles knowing full well the service I had booked. I assume they would've tried to convince me to sew a whole wig to my head to not lose the booking or I would've lost my whole deposit had i refused on the day.

When I asked to cancel my appointment on Weds morning, more than 48 hours before my appointment, she said she would have to charge me a 20% cancellation fee. Her terms and conditions state fees only for cancellation fees when appointments are within 24 hours so this is highly unfair. Lets recaps, I am charged 20% of my deposit as I cancelled due to her salon not having the available product I booked. This was only evident when I, the customer chased it up to ensure they had what I required for my booking.

She tried to ask me to reschedule but at this point, I'd much prefer spending $800+ elsewhere on a salon with integrity. Read other 1 star reviews. It echoes the same sentiment. Very disappointing and annoying experience.

Loved it. The guy who did my hair was thorough. He knew what he was doing. When i was in doubt if my hair will turn out well or not, he reassured me and truly it came out perfect. The services I got was to out relaxer in my hair. He was marvelous at it.

My confidence is off the charts since I started getting my hair professionally done by Edith at her salon. Edith thank you you are very professional and I really enjoy the exceptional service I receive at your salon. I feel respected and heard and my hair shows it. Well done!

I hated this salon with passion this lady seems to be the owner she is so arrogant and disrespectful she behaves as if we forced her to start a salon that's why there is normally no customers especially if she realised you don't come from her country she treats you like a trush if you want a quality salon go to Dee International charity this is out of experience.
