Quick efficient and caring service by reception, doctors and nurses, as well as physiotherapists.

Dr Kavita and Dr Sanjay are both very good doctors. We have been going for these doctors for years.
We have really good experience!

I am a existing patient from more than a year in this medical service. But I was shocked that they charged me this time while other clinics are regular bulk billed with existing patients.
AW I was most disappointed with receptionist behavior. I entered and not greetings, not welcomed, she even didn't care. When I was on my return she just put a eftpos in front of me and jus said one word "$81".
I did it and leaved straight away. I'll never be back again

Dr Kavita is really nice and polite, she has always helped and guided us in every possible way.
Must recommend to everyone.

Contacted medical centre at 9.30am to book phone apt & explained I had covid & my symptoms were quite bad & needed medical advice. I asked the receptionist if she could check if they could bulk bill & advised she will get back to me. I contacted KMC again after 4pm. Not even a courtesy call to say either way if they would bulk bill or not. The receptionist had no people skills or bed side manner, terrible attitude.
Some good doctors but receptionist needs training.

Usually don’t mind my interactions with the doctors here (though the standard could be better now that it is no longer bulk billed).

However, I recently got charged for a long consult ($120) despite half of that consult being spent with the clinical labs at the back of the practice. And now clinical labs has charged me their own bill… Why? Well I wasn’t informed that my blood test would cost me $90… it was optional not mandatory for my university exchange and so I wouldn’t have followed through with getting the test had I known. This happened after I had mentioned that money was tight at the moment too! I could have saved $210 by seeing my University doctor instead!

Receptionist also seriously needs better customer service skills and training

After this interaction, I plan on moving to another practice.

Very poor customer service from front reception staff experienced by not only me but from other family members as well!

Always able to get an appointment, with such knowledge & caring doctors - proactive care - def recommend!

Experience was very friendly and helpful! I know exactly what my problem is with my wrist and they have helped me out with finding the solution.

Excellent and Prompt service, with Caring and Understanding. Drs Kavita and Sanjay Kanodia are always happy to see me and help me and provide support. Dr Sanjay has even done an iron infusion for me when one of the nurses was sick. No task too small for him. Telehealth support when I struggle to get in physically.

Honestly amazing GP. I had seen multiple specialist and GP's for my ever failing immune system. Thank you Dr Kavita for helping get my health back finally!

Don't go here unless you really have to the nurses don't hardly give you a greeting and the doctor seemed rushed and rude, the bathroom smelt like it had never been cleaned spent 20 minutes being asked stupid questions I could've filled out on a form

I have had nothing but good experiences with all the staff here. Dr Sanjay and Kavita have always listened to my concerns, suggested appropriate courses of action and made me feel comfortable. I am very thankful to everyone at this clinic and can't recommend them enough.

Edinburgh family medical are a family run and that is exactly how they treat you.
They provide an excellent service that is very caring. I won’t take my family anywhere else!
