Most professional but provide a very relaxing environment. As per usual, quite stressed me going to the dentist, but the team, from reception to dentist and therapist were very friendly, caring and just great at their jobs. Definitely will recommend this service to others, thanks E-Dental

Dishonest Bullies
Me and my kids were haressed by the lead practice dentist and her husband because we questioned the change in gap payment resulting in an exceptionally high gap- no financial consent taken for the change. When I left a review- they falsely alleged violent behaviour. Re-writing in the hope no one else falls prey to their bullying.

I went to this dentist 2 weeks ago. They prescribed me too much medications. I took the required amount of medications (no more than needed). Which I ended up vomiting twice. I went to another dentist and wasn’t prescribed any medications and felt much better.

All of the staff here including the admin team are so helpful and are just lovely.
Dr Yan treated me and fixed my cracked tooth, he has a lovely calming presence and did an excellent job.thank you very much, it’s so lovely to finally feel relief after having such horrendous pain.

5 star service at Edental.
I had all 4 wisdoms surgically removed in one hour under anaesthetic.
Was a pleasant experience. I also had some concerns about my healing process but the team at E-dental told me to come in for any concerns. I was reassured on all occasions that everything was healing nice. Thankyou Dr Connor and everyone else in this team who eased my mind. & Thankyou to the beautiful lady nurse who gave me a hug and told me everything will be okay (sorry I didn’t ask for your name).

I was so nervous as I hate dentists anyway! But they made me feel so reassured welcomed that I wasn’t too nervous by the end of my consultation with the dentist!

Managed to fit me in more or less within 24 hours to get a tooth pulled. Excellent customer service and great dentist. Highly recommended

I went here for a second opinion after I was told that there was nothing to be done except extraction and or implants that were way too expensive for my budget. They provided me with great service and payment options.

I have a severe fear of dentists-put off going until the pain of an access became too much.
I got a quick appointment and waiting room time was minimal-less time to panic.
Dentist was calm, quiet and reassuring, allowed me to make the decisions and proceed at my pace.
I was still very panicked internally but was made to feel at ease- and in somewhat control of what was happening- thankyou, highly recommend.

The Rivervale Edental team are amazing! From the staff in reception to the dentists & nurses, everyone was so lovely and caring. What could have been a scary time was actually made so easy and quite funny with them. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you all

******WARNING************* I was treated HORRIBLY at this dentist! For someone that repeatedly told me that they were the "Senior Dentist" I was given very unclear and confusing treatment options. They are clearly just concerned about making money and are in no way concerned for the welfare of their patients.

Probably the best dental experience I have ever had in my lifetime. Having had a couple of visits over the last 6 months, I was made to feel comfortable/relaxed. Dr Scott and all the staff I have been in contact with were caring and professional.

Dr Armandeep was profession and took the guilt away on visit one. I absolutely adore her an her nursing team but unfortunately had to swap dentists due to pricing and being on a disability pension. But I wish her, and all the staff the very best. They truly provide an A1 service and I will always be eternally grateful to the entire team. Thank you for everything you have all done for me.

All the staff here are amazing! The receptionists, the nurses and the dentists! They make the whole experience so comfortable and we would definitely recommend them to anyone! Especially people with a fear of the dentist because you just straight away feel at ease! Also they were able to sort issues for us that we were told by another dentist that we would have to see a specialist for so we’re very grateful.
