5We ️ just went for a walk, pitty the students who live there don't keep the areas around accommodation tidy though, guess they're too busy with study! As it is a nice area. ️️
Nice apartment in australia, near from edith cowen university, i stayed only 4 days is very nice place and i recomended this place is you find apartmen and want study at ecu, i hope the next 2 year can come back here again for study or holiday. After all this is very nice and here the foto i eat in this apartment (indonesian food)
Not great. Rooms are nice, location is nice, but their rules are ridiculous.
My bedroom gets the sun all morning and afternoon, meaning it’s gets up to 40 degrees indoors in summer (measured it), yet I was told I wasn’t allowed to use a portable air con to make the place bareable. A whole year of sleepless nights and wearing frozen T-shirt’s to bed.
Apparently my air con was a problem, yet at the same time, I had neighbours for sixth months who had parties late at night every single weekend, many residents had reported them yet they did nothing about the problem.
Staff don’t have their priorities straight about village rules, it’s ridiculous. They care more about the money. We have to limit the appliances we use in a place we pay for the electricity, to save them money, and when residents are causing grief for others they don’t keep up their actual written rules about kicking people out for such things or enforcing it! Again, I guess it’s just cause it’s more money in their pockets. Disappointed.
Also! If you bring your vehicle, don’t expect them to care what happens to it! You have to park it out in the open for the world to see and if anyone breaks into it, damages it, literally steals the whole car even, they do f all to help. They have no security cameras covering carparks despite that being a huge safety issue for students. This happened to me and many people I’ve known here. Cars getting broken into and they can’t offer anything to help, claim they’ll look through security footage but never get back to anyone with anyone, wont show you any footage they “apparently” might have.
And then there’s the issue some people have faced of not being able to park your car at the place you live at, but also no where to park on surrounding streets because you’ll get fined there too. So that’s great.
Friendly front-staff and nice facilities. I'm staying in a studio apartment and haven't encountered any issues so far.
