I recently came into Ecco Shoes at Karrinyup to look for a pair of hiking shoes for my upcoming holiday. I was looked after by Denise, who gave the best customer service. I explained to Denise that I needed a comfortable pair of walking shoes that also looked good. She showed me several pairs of shoes and nothing was too much trouble. I ended up getting the top of the range shoes and they are so comfortable. Denise went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right shoes and I will not hesitate to come back to the new Karrinyup store!
