I have attended the store on two occasions, both times given excellent customer service. First time a computer upgrade was done and the second time I purchased a CV/DVD writer. On both occasions time was given to me by staff to explain what had been done and how the CV/DVD writer worked.
I can highly recommend this store.

The Guys at EC Mates are very professional and courteous, Nothing is to much trouble for them. I had my computer upgraded and lost all my email.they sorted it out without any trouble. I took my computer into the shop as it was making an awful noise. The problem was diagnosed and the part was ordered. Once the part came in my computer was fixed quickly with no fuss. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I will definitely use again.

The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted me in upgrading my old Sony VAIO laptop and also they helped me source the original battery pack to replace the old unit. Overall, the upgrade cost is really reasonable. Would certainly recommend their services without doubt.
