8 Horrible, rude and disgustingly disrespectful staff. Especially the rude woman who I witnessed shouting at a civilian who was walking their dog.
Unprofessional
Staff are unprofessional in my opinion. And, unless you have surplus of cash to cover your steep annual premiums. I wouldn’t bother taking out their insurance products. Shop elsewhere.

We engaged them for financial planning services and 4 months later nothing has happened yet. Many promises were made of 'next week' but these turn out to be several weeks later, and only if I chase them. Absolutely unprofessional and unrealiable

Having dealt with EBM for numerous years, I have found them to be extremely professional in their approach to both clients and service providers. Because of their empathy towards clients in dealing with claims and attitude towards working with insurance companies for the best possible outcome, I would have no hesitation in recommending EBM to anyone seeking a professional insurance broker.
EBM Insurance has been outstanding from when we first engaged them to handle our insurance needs. Our account manager has always been very helpful and when we have had to make a claim it has been handled in a very timely manner and with great ease. The customer service has been great and they are always available to offer advice on all of our insurance needs. After seeing how well they performed with our company i moved all of my own private insurance across and have found the service to be just as excellent.
EBM Insurance brokers are very unprofessional.
They ask the tenants to pay for the claim they pay to their clients (landlords)
