John and Marie are an amazing duo who care for their clients. I am a partial quadriplegic and they allowed me a chance to trial a couple of electric assisted tricycles and helped me decide which was the best for me. They also helped facilitate the purchase of the trike I decided upon through my physio, Bianca, and NDIS.

Superb service and even better product. Bought my Ryder Pro from here in 2020 and havee just taken it back there to be looked at. John recognised my face and was happy to make some suggestions and got it straight into the workshop. I was amazed that I got a call the next day saying it was ready for collection! Steven was very quick and extremely thorough with his work and I'm more than happy with the result and eager to recommend eBikers to anyone in the market.

A problem with the torque assist was quickly resolved by a tremendous team at Enikers, from dealing with Marie when I took bike in to speaking with Stephen about the fault and him repairing it to the point where John delivered the bike back, very much appreciate the service and would recommend e-bikes to anyone and everyone.
