Nice clean, stock is not the greatest. Prices are not the greatest, but they price-match. But usually I would buy from the cheaper location.

Love EB.keeps kids happy.also I love it too.so much cool merch.staff are always Great and enthusiastic.good vibes.great place for gifts. I'm doing a Minecraft party for my youngest this year and getting some awesome stuff here

Rudest store manager ever. Wouldn't exchange my game from PS5 to PS4 even though it was still sealed in foil.

Staff have been good in the past but this morning I was ignored for 5 minutes while standing at the EB games Whitfords checkout desk. My teenage daughter and I were the only customers in the store and wanted to collect a pre-ordered miitopia switch game, but nonetheless the sales person continued to busy herself with items behind the desk rather than actually acknowledge us, make eye contact or ask us what we needed.

This is a wonderfully layed out stong with great staff that love to help but are not pushy well done.

Didn't have any Pokemon cards left but it was just before Xmas! I got a gift voucher instead. I was very impressed with the staff as it was unbelievably busy and they were great at multi tasking.

This store cant get any allocation of the products that i’ve pre ordered and left with nothing but “UPDATED RELEASE” of the product I just given another month for the product to be release when i’ve been waiting since last year.while the competitors got theirs just on time of the release date.this my last time buying on eb games

Great place to find something to anything gaming or pop culture related awesome staff and great atmosphere.

Im salty i asked the lady if they had any baby yoda tops for men. She showed me two options not specifying that one was in womens sizing so i chose that and now i cant change it coz idk where the receipt is. #mad

Cassie at EB Games Whitford City has the best customer service skills I've ever come across. 1 in a million she is. Cassie was short-staffed today but that didn't effect her great service, she was picking up phone calls left right and centre whilst serving a long line of customers. Couldn't be more happy with the service she gave. A pay-rise or promotion should be something that the regional/state manager looks into. Keep it up Cassie!

Got help from Cassie and traded my switch. She is the nicest person in the world so thank you very much!

They have a Zing section with collectables, staff always know where to look and are always willing to give a helping hand and really know their stuff

Workers always friendly and wanting to chat. Love the games available and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommended getting your games here!

A great range of games for all consoles, a little bit on the pricey side when compared to the competition. Staff were very helpful
