Friendly and helpful service all round from dozens, of not hundreds of visits. All staff should be proud of their work.
I go to this a lot for my pokemon needs and the staff are always quite helpful and polite when I’m picky about the boxes being in good condition for my sealed collection. They even have a little trade selection for kids at the desk

Staff are pretty average on their sales knowledge and skills. Just don't ask them really taxing questions.
Easy to spend money in the shop as the girls know how to cold sell to the customer.and it is hard to say no
Probably the best EB games I've dealt with and the staff are always welcoming and do a great job. Definitely my preferred store for gaming products. Caitlyn was probably the nicest EB games staff member I've come across. Brilliant job.

I came into this store and I was in awe of how lovely the staff were. Caitlyn served me and honestly she was one of the nicest, most informative retail staff member I have experienced in all the stores I have been to. Thank you for putting up with my constant mind changes!

Worst place for trading in games I had a game worth more than $50 and got $20 but very good sales and games.
Was served by a worker named Jarrad. He helped me out really well and satisfied all my needs while shopping. Highly recommend this store especially Jarrad as he will go that extra mile for you
Specifically for the collectibles side, the store itself is great. Being a Dragon Ball Pop! Vinyl collector, I often find a hard time choosing between which ones to get. The store always has friendly staff, ready to lend a hand and also has a huge range of games. Between this store & Joondalup, they're probably both the best ones in Perth.
Always super helpful! I have a house full of game obsessed boys and no real understanding, the guys are always friendly and help me find what I’m looking for.
DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. The manager harasses his workers, they don't receive pre-orders on time, and after purchasing a $50 playstation gift card to find out one of the workers had used it already. Worst EB games location, you're better off heading to joondalup eb.
Great service and friendly staff. Games are almost always on sale for cheaper than competitors.
