I went in to purchase Pokémon cards and Kara and Ryan were incredibly helpful! They even showed me all the cards that were up for pre-order

Very knowledgeable staff. Bought all of the consoles from there and games. Certain new game sold out in all stores just before Christmas. I promised my son I would buy it for him. The store manager rang a few customers that had bought it and I offered an extra fifty dollars. A lovely person let me buy it for store price. Great shop.nice people.

Was ecstatic that they had the new promo card here in AUS. Accidentally dropped it in the store today, panicked when I realised that I lost it and hurried back to search for it, one of the staff guys noticed and held onto it for me and gave it back when I returned to look for it. EB Games always has great customer service but this is one of those moments where it goes beyond. I am so grateful.

Not familiar with the store, I sought help from the young lady on duty May 31st.
She was so helpful and far exceeded my expectations of
service. I am very pleased with my purchase and will definitely be back in the future. First rate!

It’s a small store, not a huge range of stuff. The staff are always friendly and lovely, though.

Called up the day before and put a ps4 controller on hold for the next day. Travelled close to an hour to go get it. Got to store to find out that they sold it becuase someone else wanted one online.

Walked in and I kid you not they had a SALE on, couldn't believe my eyes but hopefully you'll indulge an internet stranger. EB Games had a SALE

The younger woman working today was really helpful when I wanted to trade some games in and also buy some others. I got what I was looking for and more. It’s good quality service like that, that keeps our family coming back there instead of buying online.

Staff always polite and know everything about all the games etc.just wish they would add some new funko pops?

I go here quite often as I live quite close. I wandered into the store when the dark souls trilogy caught my eye. I walked up to the front counter and went to purchase it. I noticed the sticker “preowned” was on the side. I asked the store clerk “if it’s preowned is the DLC on the disk or could it have been redeemed? ” I was swiftly told that there’s a good chance the DLC has been redeemed by a previous customer. I asked if there were any new copies of the game around my area and the closest was in Armadale. So I went to Armadale and found my new copy of dark souls trilogy. I was then informed that the DLC was on the disk and no code would need to be redeemed, meaning that even if I did purchase a preowned copy it would still hold the DLC as it’s on the disk.

I’ve never had a problem with Kwinana EB the customer service has been good and the manager is very knowledgeable of the products he’s selling, however I think it’s important not to give a customer wrong information if you’re unsure. That information cost me 2 hours for no reason, when if unsure all that needed to be done was contact a manager or contact someone who is sure what’s going on. This is the only reason I’m rating 3 stars, it’s important to be knowledgeable on what you are selling, or it may put a customer out.

Very quick service, only went there for a click and collect, the staff were very nice and welcoming

I was looking for a gift for a you adult who likes his play station, and xbox games. Massive selection of games to choose from, evan previously owned games. (cheaper). Or new ones.also a large selection of POP toys.from Star Wars to Superman and lots in between.run by 2 very Knowledgeable young gents, who know their stuff, could spend alot of time and$$$ here. Fun place.

They (one girl) did do a wrong BUT go see Ben, he helped me was informative and we got a result in the end

Is a smaller Eb Games compared to some but has anything you would want to buy for yourself or others. Staff are helpful.

OUTCOME:
I will never purchase a game from EB Games ever again because of their lack-lustre approach to customer service. Total rubbish.

FACTS & CIRCUMSTANCES:
I asked the staff if they had a pre-owned Far Cry Primal copy. They said they did not and that I could only buy the pre-owned copy which I saw online from their online store or I could pay 3 times more for a new one. I searched the pre-owned rack and found a pre-owned one for $48. To put things into perspective, the new one was priced at $49. A total saving of $1 for a pre-owned game. They did stick a half price sticker on it though bringing it to $24. I guess they think that their clients are naive [or worst] with those pricing strategies. To top it off they did not have the advertised $24 pre-owned cd, so they could not sell me what they advertised to me.

You would think that at this point they would at least apologise and/or try to help but no. My son had his heart set on buying the game when we found that $24 one but they didn't care. They just said that it must have been a mistake and they didn't offer any assistance nor satisfactory solutions [as paying full-price was not a satisfactory alternative after they advertised it for $15 online and $24 in-store]. I made a bunch of calls to other stores and eventually reserved a pre-owned copy at another of their branches. They could have at least offered to check the stocks of other stores but no.nothing.
