The few small stairs aren't too bad for entry but not keen on them when leaving other than that a good atore

Worked here and was it awful, shopping here is the same.will promise to train your up and make you manger and work harder just to fire you without telling you at 15. Staff members all engage is after work activities that blend into work life and makes dynamics difficult and sometimes would be left to do all the work as mangers went off to talk and get food with other staff. Everything here is true and even worse, I was threatened legal action if I spoke up but all this is true and not defamation. So just be careful with EB games.

It's EB games. You know already that they are Australia wide with a huge stock of games and accessories.

The guys know their stuff and everything is guaranteed or return.

The new place looks much smaller, but still pretty good. Unfortunately I have to give this place a low rating mainly because of the lack of accessibility for people in a wheelchair or for parents with a stroller (i.e the need to get up the stairs near the entrance). Hopefully the store will make some adjustments for this in the future.

Called and spoke to Kat who was very polite and helpful. In store I dealt with a gentleman Nye who was fantastic and very friendly. Overall a great experience and some of the best customer service experienced in Perth. Huge thanks!

The Hay Street shop had the Pops I wanted on the advertised release date. I ordered online but there was plenty on shelves too. I've been to this shop twice and on both occasions, there was a bit of a wait to be served. The shop had some really good displays in time for Christmas and the release of some films.

After a late visit to the store tonight, I was welcomed openly and given great customer service from all team members. It did seem like a difficult scenario where I had traded many items to pre order the PS5 but Matt and Zoe who had assisted me were very persistent with ensuring that I truly got bang for my buck. The integrity from both of them felt 100% pure and I am surprised to find that one had only been with EB for a short amount of time! I greatly appreciate their help.

Really cool collectables at this location. Need to be quick though because it’s a busy location and don’t want to miss out on getting limited collectables

Dealt with Laura and found her to be extremely rude. She should definitely work on her customer service.

Genuinely appalling customer service across multiple instances and 5 staff members, including the assistant manager and head office. All were nice enough but useless. Multiple stuff ups, including “bullying” (as the staff member admitted) us to come to the city to pick up a PS5 we ordered by a certain time, only to have sold it accidentally to someone else. Then on the phone for 20mins as they tried to figure out when the next one would come in. Another week another 10mins on the phone to confirm they had the PS5 in for us today. Then when picking it up said the price had gone up and we had to pay the increase! Not only was a request to get a voucher for all the hassle denied, but they had the gall to say we needed to pay more for the delay. We’ll be JB Hi Fi only customers in future.

Had a pretty average experience on Tuesday at EB Games Hay St. It was saints row launch day and I went in around 9: 30am. No customers were in the store and I was looking to pick up saints. It wasn't on the shelf at all and I was looking for a good while and I was not greeted at all by the 2 female staff that were working even though they had seen me and were just casually chatting at the tills. After 5-10mins I went to the counter and asked for the game and they weren't very helpful or engaged. Just felt very dry and unwelcoming. I was served by Laura (from what it says on the receipt).

This isn't my local store, it's just near my work place, but I dont think ill be going there again anytime soon.

On their website it states they close at 6pm, however I showed up at 5.40pm and they were already shut and closed, tried ringing the store twice because I could see workers inside but no awnser twice

Impressed. Daughter purchased minecraft hat, cup & bag. Prices were much more realistic than expected.
My only gripe was no pricing on products or shelving, had to ask a staff member.

Fast efficient service thanks to the guys for their knowledge in helping us decide on our purchase very happy.

Good but just the same as all the other eb game stores. Try Amazon for cheaper games if you don't mind waiting for them.

Bought a PS4 today, paid online and came to the store to pick up as I had the afternoon off.

Was looking forward to finally play the console, got home the console got 70% loaded and the device dies.

Called the store, was told they had no replacement and suggest I go to another store to change the device.

When I call a second time to ask for the manager to call me back when he returns, they simply asked me to wait, the phone is put on the counter but not on hold and I hear the 2 staff members have a general chin wag and then the line cuts out.

Really poor!

They didn't know how to.do afterpay properly and instead charged me the full amount, I got a refund now waiting for it.to go back into my account, they are expensive and not very knowledgeable will not be going there again
