Well I do like going there sometimes their prices are pretty good some of their prices are not good and this time I picked up a couple of water bottles which was a very good price and I'll probably keep coming back and having a look because I do find some decent stuff in there and we've got Christmas coming up so let's see if we can find anything that my nieces and nephews would like

Me and my friends were going shopping and there was this lady she has red hair and my friend was asking if we were aloud to come in and she said “ no after school” then my friend said “ok thank you” we went back an hour later after school hours and it was a pupil free day for nagle, so we went back and the lady said “ No your not aloud to come in because you had a rude tone” and my friend said “sorry. ” And then she cried because she has a loud voice she just talked and now she’s feeling very insecure feeling sick after, My friend went back after and say sorry and telling her she’s crying and that’s her normal tone and then she said nodded.

The hot air blew into my face as I walked down the terrace towards my destination.

My goal; to buy a new mouse as the one that I was currently using was much to bulky.

The shop is neat and tidy as I scan my eyes across the store looking for my prize.

Snd there it was! On the back wall, easy to see from the front door.
I strove past the used games for both the Ps4 and the Xbox one.

They sat next to the keyboards and free standing microphones where a family of 4 (2 teenage boys and a mother and father) stood pondering there purchase as they wanted over the ear headphones for PC based gaming.
I ignored them and Lo I did behold: Sales beyond my wildest dreams.
I spied a gaming performance mouse for only 45 dollars down from 75 dollars (Australian of coarse)
I purchased my prize from the beautiful woman at the front desk that had a smile that radiated love and compassion and left.

Thank all the Gods for this experience.

Great place many gift choices, game selections, not really for card lovers went to look for Yu-Gi-Oh booster packs but none but still pretty epic to go in and have a look around

A pale coloured short lady that wears glasses, was so rude and clearly does not know about customer service. She even sweared the F word under her breath. This is so unacceptable and offending.

Good staff but the website is awful.
It said the game I wanted was available in my store so I went down to get it only to find that they didn't actually have it in stock. I went back home to check the website again and it was still saying it was available in store.

Over price products. Won't price match so I waited 2 days brought article from JBL Hifi, including the freight saved $98.00 and only waited 2 days, I can live with that. WE are not all stupid in Geraldton EB games. Shop Local no problem, get your prices in order.

Our son bought a VR headset. He asked at the time if it was returnable. Staff said that it could be returned within 7 days. While using the headset for the first time he experienced motion sickness. When he took it back, staff said he couldn't return it because he had tried it on. Then they offered to trade it in for less than half the amount he paid for it. But they refused to give him cash, insisting that he take a store credit instead. First they rip him off by not returning the item even though it was returned within 7 days. Then they rip him off with a trade in. Then they rip him off by forcing him to take a store credit. They are not getting any more of our money, ever. We will be talking to consumer affairs.

The Staff trully make this place shine. No question is a stupid question and always helpful to any age. My sons will miss you all
