EB Games Galleria reviews
46Since moving to the new location the store is much more customer friendly. Awesome selection of games and collectors editions. The staff are usually pretty freaking awesome as well. They know their stuff and always happy to geek out.
The staff here are AWESOME! If they don't have what you need they'll get it ok! Great choice too
All eb game stores are the same sadly. Still good but to be honest I prefer to order my games online from Amazon. Geting them at my door step and normally cheaper!
Well presented and friendly staff! Even came out to check on us and make sure we were taken care of!
Love coming here, the manager James can always sort out what ever problems u may have and his knowledge on everything is outstanding, great customer service, friendly staff n great selection
Service is friendly and always ready to help, hence the 3 stars.
Pre owned and trading are scams and some of the pro owned games' (supposedly rare) prices are ridiculous.
Thank you David for your great service. More people could learn a lot about customer service from you. Thank you.
Great range of games Nintendo, X Box, PlayStation big range of products including PC gaming & repairs
Purchased vita, did not come with requisite memory card, turned around and walked back in within 5 minutes, "oh we can't do anything with afterpay in store" "send it back to customer service and they will deal with it in a week or two"
Literally had for 5 minutes and you can't refund to afterpay? Heres a thought don't use it.
Have been in to the Galleria Morley store literally hundreds of times over the years and the best experiences came under the management of James. He has always gone above and beyond to help with anything I've asked. In particular, I had recently brought in my elite 2 controller for xbox which needed repair and he was only too willing to advise I ask for a full service on the entire controller (not just the main issue of the charger block) at no extra cost. If you are thinking of anything gaming related, I highly recommend dropping in to the Morley store for a chat with James. I can assure you will walk away satisfied with your experience.
Thanks a lot mate!
If you park on upper carpark and go down travelaters by cinema it's easy to get to, good range of games and gadgets and trust me I know I have Xbox one and Xbox 360 and have spent thousands of dollars at EB Games all across Perth, staff are good to always helpful.
Good service from some staff.some others (I think the manager) come across as a bit if a creep and condescending
I was searching the covid 19 depleted shops for a hdmi cord and not having any luck today, went into EB games and got the most friendly, efficient service. Tom went the extra mile to help me out and I was really impressed, outstanding.
Always great staff, can be a bit of a line on product releases
Some nerdy customers can be rude if you bring a pram
But staff are the best
The staff are useless and their customer service dose nothing but there are still special editions of games in good condition years after release
The staff here are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. You can tell they're not just generic retail workers, but are enthusiast gamers themselves. If you're buying gifts for a younger person and don't really know what you need, I've seen the staff ask all the right questions and lead people in the right direction - you can definitely trust them. There are bigger EB stores, but I keep coming back to this one for the service.
Literally the only place I can reach that sells Steam Cards. Apart from that, It sells a variety of different games and game related merchandise. It also sells spare controllers and even gaming PC peripherals if you need them. A nicely rounded store with nice staff, but despite the fact that I can purchase second hand PS3 and DS games, rarely can I ever find a PSVita game. I know that I'm being a sook, but I really can't find those games anywhere.
Excellent customer service as always. Store always have great deals. Lots of variety of products even though the store isn't that big.
Lots of games, both new and preowned on offer.
The merchandise is less than the bigger stores, but still a good variety available.
The line is never too long and even if it is, the wait isn't too bad. Customers are served well and within reasonable amounts of time. Staff are knowledgable and helpful.
Great customer service over the phone, didn't expect such a friendly voice over the phone who went above and beyond trying to help me out with transferring pick up locations for a game.
Never understood the popularity of eb games. They always overprice the games. Jb hi fi almost always sell the game for less. Not a problem since you can price match but they are stealing money from the ignorant who don't know the true value of the game. $60 in USA but $100 here. What a joke
