Went in on 21/09 @ 3: 30pm to refund two pre-owned games and ask if I could get help with finding the cases of another two games that came without the original case. I wanted to keep these games as I couldn’t find them anywhere else online (basically, I got unlucky and the four games I ordered pre-owned online didn’t come with any original cases which is a game collectors nightmare).

The lady (wish I got her name) serving was so lovely and sorted out my request with no dramas! She went above and beyond and called stores over east asking if they have the game with the original case (they did), put in a delivery order for me and swapped my games over. She even said if they don’t come with the case again to come back in to the store to sort it out! Wanted her to get more sales so I pre-ordered three games while I was there.

I also want to add a gentleman from a few months ago ordered in a brand new game for me that wasn’t in stock at the Clarkson store (Atelier Sophia 2). Also gave me advice on the series and where to start when playing.

Super happy with the customer service at eb games ocean keys and I can’t wait to receive my games! Amazing staff at this store, they all deserve a pay rise as they make sure our gaming needs are met and will handle any type of request with care.

More about the terms of sale than the service (always friendly in there). Purchased controller analog sticks a few days ago. Opened the package to reveal a really poor build quality. Returned them to be told they don’t accept returns for accessories - basically the whole store are accessories! Erm…What? Lol

If I was informed of this at the time, I wouldn’t have purchased them!

It's not the biggest of EB stores, as it combines EB and Zing in one, but they manage to stock most items. Where customers line up could be better, as they often have to mingle in the middle of the store, contesting it. Overall though, nice staff and a solid place.

Called up to ask about a click and collect, Was asked if I could wait so they could serve a customer and that was okay. But then after that customer was served to wait over 5 minutes while there were no customers being served to then serve one after 5 waiting to talk to them is a joke.

Great customer service, paying off the rest of the balance on two of my preordered games was a breeze

Good selection of games, consoles and accessories.
Plus a nice selection of collectables.

You would think after 7 years I'd have a black card by now.
The only reason I think this could happen is having little or no reason to shop here. Stores are generally run by students. Don't get me wrong this is a good thing, kids love games and advertise them with genuine interest. Gaming stores definitely need this.
My only concern is they always seem unhappy. Big corporate companies with weird rules and pay structures seem to abuse the needy students in WA. Proof is in their faces each time I visit an EB store.
With online prices and daily discounts somewhere on the WEB, Instore purchases are a thing of the past.
Brand may be suffering but don't take it out on the staff.

I was put on hold for 3 minutes and could hear all the customers being served while waiting to be served over the phone. Once the gentleman picked up the phone he said the items are all spread around the store and your best to go online. Not sure why he couldn’t help me find the one I’m after. I did ask for a Bebop Soda Pop. But seemed to me he was interested in helping me find the one I wanted.

Service is really poor, best to go somewhere else or buy online. They're also far more expensive than online or even JB hifi.
Keep it up guys you'll be next to go belly-up.

Extremely poor level of service. I attempted to call them several times to enquire about a game, but to no avail. I had a look inside the store to find the game I was looking for in poor condition. (generic cover art)

Additionally, the staff had no regard to assist at all. (they just walked past me)

I am very disappointed. I've been a loyal customer of EB Games for over a decade and to be treated with this level of respect makes me want to stray further away from the franchise and go somewhere else.

I do buy a lot of games and all my consoles here I am a level 4 would give 5 stars but just recently 2 of my games were missing from there case I only realised once I got home one was horizon zero dawn pre owned and the other mario rabbids hopefully they under stand and either refund me or give me the games I didn't get I will put this to 5 stars if the issue is solved

Love this place if you want anything electronically. Or music movies etc staff are very helpful and friendly

This shop has everything. I love the large game selection and all the really cute loot! They carry pusheen.

If you could just make AfterPay available at the counter instead of having to wait 20 minutes to process an online order, I'd have given you 5 stars.

Good amount of games, you can normally find better prices on Amazon if you are a member. Otherwise eb is a soild runner up

Always got deals on Games, fair pricing + price matching, so many options there for pay offs, i would give five stars but jb gives better trade price's on used games.

Went in to purchase a keyboard/mouse to use on ps4. Even though there were no guarantees that they would work William spent around 30 minutes googling and looking up reviews on what keyboard/mouse would be most compatiable. I ended up purchasing a logitech keyboard/mouse. Im very happy to say both are compatible and my son is very happy. Thank you for taking the time William. Excellent customer service skills
