Was here last month food was cold, rice was hard and the guy was making up the prices definitely won't be back.

Great food and great service. Fremantle markets is a mad place and this is in the middle of it all. The reviews I read do not do this place justice, this place is 5 stars and it deserves some better reviews. Thank you for the amazing paella I look forward to my next visit.

The staff was friendly but I ordered a truffle oil paella which was absolutely tasteless. Not a hint of truffle, just stale rice with parsley on top. This place is just another tourist trap

EDIT: I appreciate your take on customer service but I don’t go to Fremantle often. The next time I am around, I will try your place again and will review my rating accordingly.

Had paella seafood, but not much of a seafood - only one clam, no shrimp, no fish, more like cooked rice with a clam. The rice was good, friendly service.

Received a phone call from my partner who was in tears saying that they had just been verbally abused talked down upon, demeaned and made to feel horrible by the owner of this company. I am appalled and upset from what I was told, this is not very professional at all by the owner Brad and not acceptable behaviour you would expect from an owner of a business. This would be rated 0 stars if the option was there.

Gluggy, tasteless, undercooked, rude, late. All words that accurately describe our experience.

BEWARE! Eat Street otherwise known as Ole Paella is as dodgy as they come. Arrived 3.5 hours late to a pre paid and arranged 40th birthday party. No communication and was then rude when distressed guests requested an explanation! Completely ruined the evening. Half of the dishes were missing and those provided were half cooked. Promised refund only to disappear with no communication again. Terrible food and service. Avoid at all costs!
