Eastgate IGA X-press reviews
25Love this IGA. It has all the items I need. The staff are amazing and very clean as well. I go out of the way to buy here.
Ordered Uber eats for 8 items and only received 4 items. Contacted the Uber driver and he said he only received the 1 bag. Receipt says 8 items. Tried contacting the store and no one picked up. Terrible service
Horrendously expensive. The rent in that area is not that expensive so there is no excuse for such high prices.
Don't use regularly, however when l do service is good
Prices far higher than. Coles but that's the norm.
Love the fish and chips but would like the option of having my take away wrapped in paper it would keep it warmer until I got home
Should be open till at least 9.30- 10pm seeing as the normal iga down the road is open till 9pm
Poor customer service.
Always speaking in There language in front of customers. Makes you feel uncomfortable like there speaking about you.
Went there yesterday, they weren't open, it wasn't a public holiday, only a sunday. Even tho I live 1 minute away from them,
I now go the extra distance to Kooyong IGA down the road.
The shelves are almost bare and I'm not surprised with the customer service that's provided. They couldn't give a stuff about the store or improving the customer experience. Go to Kooyong Road IGA instead.
Each time I’ve been here, I’ve had terrible customer service. I highly recommend the IGA up the road. They could at least smile!
Little bit pricy, fruit and veg exspensive and I don’t like the look of the meat that’s on sale there either I only go into the store when I see certain items, but then aren’t all the iga stores dear.
Always friendly.
They have limited basic items. BUT they are at iga prices. Not cheap but handy if you need a couple things.
They sell a fairly good range of products however the customer interaction is very poor and the prices are just ok
Nice little shop which seems to stock a lot of different things. We were just looking around while waiting for pizzas.
Terrible service. Do yourself a favour and go to IGA Kooyong road; an actual great family run business UNLIKE THIS ONE. Never going back here.
The store itself is alright. In terms of pricing it is a lot more expensive than the IGA down the road. It maybe the price of convenience they are cashing in on ofcourse, but this IGA goes above and beyond what you would classify as “convenience pricing”. Regardless of this the customer service was ok, nothing too special about it.
Service is absolutely shocking. I went in to pick up some milk which was over priced to begin with, and I told the lady I will be paying by card. She looked at me and said “do you have any coins? ” And I apologised and said “no”. She sighed annoyingly and said “well it’s too low for the card”. This was not my first time buying single items from this place and I never was told they had a card limit. Won’t be going back after being treated like that.
Guy sols me expired sour milk then laughs at me when I try to return it I cud have got very sick refused to give me my money back horrible service
Informative compassionate professional practice. Appointment at scheduled time. Very good indeed
Never seen so many items so far past their used by date. Dissapointing given that it's so close to home, that I have to travel to Belmont to get a single item just for it just to be in date and of a reasonable price.
Shame the owners don't see the business they could maximise on with all the apartments becoming occupied. Desperatley in need of new owners, or knocking down.
