Eastern Guruma Pty Ltd - Head Office reviews
13Get offered a job with them then get told that they are not proceeding my application. Bunch of lies with the company hope someone sees this and responds and Susana that use to work there she was so pushy trying to get me to sign a contract. Hopefully someone sees this and responds
I currently work for eg landscape.
Great company and people to be working with and for.
If you have any tickets or experience in the hort or landscaping industry and have high work ethics also while earning good money and your wanting to get onto site i couldnt recommend this company anymore.
Unethical organisation who know how to say "all the right things. " Your repeated reminder that you're a 100% traditionally owned and "operated" business doesn't galvanise well moral operations whilst already benefitting from immoral practices of the resources industry. A tokenistic company with PROVEN record of taking advantage of indigenous families/landowners. They may have created jobs for indigenous people, but without the initial exploitation and intergenerational damage to familes they've contracted "joint ventures" with. LIARS. The grossly staged employee reviews below are enough of a give away.
It has been such a pleasure to work with this company. Whose values are its people are the number one priority and also that the focus is always on aboriginal engagement and opportunities for its people.
If you are a female, and would like to show your knowledge and initiative.it is the place to be, flexible hours, and also develop your professional skills.
I have been working in EG for 3 years, very happy with the leadership and women parity is great in here.
I've been working for Eastern Guruma for 3 years. The Business is run by Traditional Land Owners and it’s an honour working with them and for the company. The Management team and the ground staff are very professional in what they do on a daily basis. The company is a great place to work and promotes growth within the business. Our number one focus is to upskill aboriginal people and give them opportunities to better themselves, which I’m so proud to be apart of.
Good Company to work for. Eastern Guruma is a Indigenous company with traditional land owners that really care for their workforce.
I feel very valued at EG’s. Management reinforces a team-based culture, not a hierarchy. No one is unapproachable. EG’s continue to support me in my job role and allow me to adapt to changes outside of the company.
I have worked for Eastern Guruma now for 4 years and have enjoyed both promotion and career change within this time, Eastern Guruma is a great place to work with professional staff, flexibility, and an amazing owner and boss, I wouldn't think of being anywhere else in my career at this time
Having been with Eastern Guruma for over 4 years. I'm proud of the way EGs look after their people and treats everyone with respect they deserve. Thank you for supporting your employee’s progression, based on performance and regardless of their back ground. Great place to work!
I have started my return to Full-time work with Eastern Guruma in April 2021 and have found that we are working with a great team that are responsive to our ever changing COVID situation with swiftness to ensure that the business has a continuous level of service to all involved being clients or staff.
They are quite flexible with my requirements to drop off/pick up the family as necessary and its an easy car park out the front of our offices.
The owners are lovely ladies that are willing to share their knowledge and experiences and welcome anyone from any background to join in their journey.
Totally unethical and unprofessional Corporation. Signed a contract only to be told they had given the job to someone else. Don't waste your time with them.
I have experienced racism and sexism from management of this company. Openly online the employees call people stupid and state that its because of their race and or sex. Its disgusting that people like this profit from our environment under the guise of helping aborigini people. Be wary when dealing with this dodgy company as they are exploiting people and our country for profits under while trying to say they are providing jobs. They lie.
