East West Naturopathy & Remedial Massage

I recently received a crystal healing treatment from Olga and was amazed on how relaxed and clear my mind was afterwards. This past month I’ve had a lot going on and nothing I tried could calm my mind racing and my anxiety.
Olga was very informative and we discussed what I wanted from the session before we started. It took a good 5-10mins into the session before my mind started to calm and stop racing. I totally zoned out and before I knew it, the treatment had finished. We then discussed what I felt and what Olga felt during the healing and what she felt was spot on to what I was going through.
It has now been 3 days since my treatment and I still feel a sense of calm and I haven’t had any anxiety flare ups which is unheard of. I feel like I’ve had a reset emotionally and can now handle anything that may happen.
I’m so so glad I went to see Olga and will definitely make it a regular occurrence to stay on top of my mental well being.

I have been seeing Nicole for a few months now regarding some health issues, after having been to countless doctors and getting the same feedback of “continue to monitor” I decided to go down a different route. Nicole has been incredibly helpful and introduced tests I didn’t even know you could do which ultimately discovered the source of my issues. After a couple months of medication I now feel normal again and I can’t thank Nicole enough for that! She genuinely cares about her clients and wants to get them on the right track, helps reduce costs of medication and is very knowledgeable in many areas. If you are having and health problems at all I cannot recommend Nicole enough. Thank you Nicole!

I had a lovely first time massage experience with Kelly. She really listened to what my problems areas were and was quite intuitive finding which areas needed the most work, gently stretching and hitting all the right spots. She gave me some great advice on stretches I could do at home also. But the best part. I have not had any lower back spasms since I've left there. It's been months since this has happened. I will definitely be back. The atmosphere was delightful too.

Great place, quiet, affordable and clean. Spot on relaxation massage from Nicole. Very friendly and did not speak during the massage which is the way I like it. So sick of therapists talking during a massage and answering phones etc. Honestly was shocked that this place is so quiet, no phones ringing, no noise like in the shopping centre and she actually listened to me when I asked for a relaxation massage without any speaking. Will definitely be back after my next work swing. Cheer mate.

Fantastic reflexology treatment with Nicole. Very relaxing & she knew exactly where to work on my feet without any guidance from me. The atmosphere is so tranquil and healing from the minute you walk in. Very clean, professional, friendly and highly recommend to anyone who loves a great reflexology treatment.

I suffer from chronic back pain and have done for years. Doctors tell me surgery will help but there is no guarantee, so I find a massage helps cope with the pain. It might only last a day or so and I'm back to square one. Why waste your money then you might ask, well it's not about money to me it's about peace of mind. For that one hour of having someone who is sensitive to my needs and talks and works hard to give me some pain relief, though only for a short time I'm at peace with my pain. So to all the staff at East West, especially Olga thank you. Highly recommend this establishment for there cleanliness and work ethic.
