Easi Novated Lease & Salary Packaging

3rd time in a year, deductions have increased without my written consent and without a reasonable explanation. Even the Operations Manager cannot provide me with a satisfactory explanation for a $600 annual increase to payments. They are now refunding Input Tax Credits back into your account which just doubles down on the money taken out of your pocket. Cannot stress enough - AVOID Easifleet!

I recently took a novated vehicle lease with Easi as part of my salary packaging. I had previously leased vehicles interstate with another leasing company so was not new to the process. I found Easi were not only cheaper with their fees but the service I received, especially from Robin Saab was exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist me and ensure everything went smoothly, even when he was on leave, he promptly returned my emails.

Customer service is disgusting. Make changes to deductions without notice or communication. Take weeks to respond to emails. I am stuck for the next few years. Do yourself a favour and AVOID!

Awful experience. Terrible service, bad value and 3 months after my lease ended they have not refunded the balance of my account.
