Was enquiring for help to see a Paediatrician today yet all they could do was give me someone else’s details yet clearly on the web page deal in what I’m after. Poor quality of communication and will be looking for someone else. Maybe better communication from your staff should be a bigger priority!

Worst experience ever. Waited a very looong time (months) to even get someone to see my child for some help. After time and time again trying to get her in to see someone with no avail.

(By the way. FYI.all the 5 star reviews on this place do not look authentic google accounts.just saying.) So maybe it's well and truly a 1 star business?

Therefore I definitely wont waste a second more of my time with this place after dealing with their unprofessional rude snappy receptionist Joanne. That was the icing on the cake.
Do not waste your time waiting to get into this place to receive some help. You will be highly disappointed in the outcome. Go somewhere reputable instead of suffering for months on end.

I will never undrestand why a business will place you on hold for over five minutes and then say they can't take the call.

I’ve been trying to get an appointment for my baby for a while now on a medical referral and each day have been told I’ll get a call the next day. It was supposed to be sorted out today and when I tried to call 15mins before their close time their phones are already off. I’m not one to normally do this but there doesn’t seem to be much urgency or regard. My child is coming up to 5months old so naturally I want to get this sorted and if you’re too busy just say and I’ll get a new referral for someone else.

I've moved all my son's therapy services to the hub. Within the first session of both OT (Ayla) and Psychology (Simon) my son was comfortable enough to talk to either therapist without me present or using me as "intermediate" by whispering to me and I have to translate. We've received such good feedback from school about the change in him since he started with therapy at the Hub. He's confidence has jumped so much that he is sharing he's ideas in class and participating in activities. Both therapists are a huge inspiration and asset for my son's therapy, progress and growth. They work towards the same goal and communicate clearly and openly with myself and my son. The managing director (Alison) is also amazing in the way she assisted us in transitioning to the hub and with a "warm" hand-over to Simon when he came on board with my son's therapy team. The whole office has a very peaceful and friendly vibe and the staff at reception is always friendly and efficient. Moving services to the hub was the best possible decision I could have made and the amazing progress is definitely the dreamt of outcome I could hope for.

Tobias (Toby) has shown a tender and understanding nature with my 2 year old son I. The time we have been visiting. He has alternated games and toys to my sons likings and paid attention to what his interests are to help tailor his visits. Very impressed and have spoken highly of to everyone I have spoken to in regards to his specialty (speech therapy) will always recommend with high praises!

We visited The Hub in Mandurah for an appointment today. The reception staff were lovely and didn't seem to mind that my kids were playing loudly with toys and one had a melt down. We met with Dr Howell who did a thorough check over of our 8yo son, went through his history and our family history before discussing all of our options. Dr Howell was patient and really made an effort to interact with our son. I feel compelled to write a positive review because when we were referred here I could only find negative reviews online! We left today feeling like we were actually listened to for the first time in 8 years and we're now getting the help that we need. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed and will go back to our previous pead. ASD/ADHD mums and dads.after paying out $500 to have to upgrade medications I expected more! My children were treated poorly and the centre was not child friendly when compared to others in Perth. After waiting quite a while for our appointment, Aidan was immediately shuffled off with the pead for a private consultation.before I’d even met her. Then my children had to wait in waiting room for my private time (judgement). Aidan had his blood pressure taken, which was devastating for him and made him cry.and will im sure cause issues when this is done in future. This could have been dealt with completely differently.explanation of blood pressure monitor or why it was being done etc. Pead did not listen to what I required for Aidan medication wise.which has been a waste of 6 months waiting in desperation to get in there! After wait times we were in peads room for maybe 15 mins if lucky, and with Aidan upset and who couldn’t wait to leave, twice in that time the topic of next appointment and how many times a year I should come in was discussed. Totally money driven business. No love, consideration or empathy for children seen. I’m happy to discuss this in more detail with anyone thinking of utilising this service.
