Early Settler Jandakot

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Ordered a sofa set in Dec for Feb delivery. Only to follow up twice and receive a call saying the delivery can only be done by June! Highly recommend to keep away from these lot.

I think this business has a lot of styles on offer, friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking around and close to other furniture shops in walking distance. Do the lap and find your pieces for your home.

*If you order any furniture, don't believe the delivery times! * We ordered our bed base, mattress and bedside tables from Early Settler in August 2021 - A whole year later and we still haven't received everything! The staff seem to be kept in the dark with deliveries and keep promising delivery monthly, to then push it out another month and another. They assured us that the whole set would arrive by November 2021, considering some delays with Covid. We didn't end up receiving the bed base until January 2022. The bedside tables arrived in February, one of which was broken and so we had to return. They were very apologetic and offered free delivery of the replacement, the manager promising that it would be no later than end of March. Again we were strung along for months and only now have heard from them saying it will be delivered mid August. No compensation was offered other than delivery, it has been a frustrating process and I would not recommend ordering furniture through this store. Watch out for their false promises!

Really lovely and helpful Staff. I visited the Cockburn store in June 2022. This is a nice store.

Manager was so rude to the assistant manager, right in front of me. I felt embarrassed for him. He was trying to help me, with a credit, was very polite to me. I could see his own embarrassment as he kept his cool dealing with this rude, abrupt and extremely condescending manager. It was a Saturday afternoon. Nice store, great plant pots and accessories too. A shame she was so rude I didn't want to shop around the store. Got my goods and left.

This place is beautiful has most styles of furniture. Found the last 4 items I needed to finish of my liunge room.

Walked in to buy a blue and white vase I'd seen online and heard the man behind the counter telling his staff to shut up! Needless to say I didn't buy the vase. This store not getting my business

Great service from Shane and the staff. Really happy with my Clover cabinet and tv unit. Unfortunately my Oakdale dining table and bench took 3 months to arrive and came unassembled! Still sitting in the packaging.

Have a variety of stock for both indoor and outdoor design composition. From furniture to cushions, bedding and floor rugs there's something for all living areas. Nice to see the displays for ideas.

My wife and I have had a great experience with Early Settler Jandakot. They have a fantastic selection of products that are very well priced. The customer service from the front end (sales) was also very pleasant and not pushy. We love our dining table and most definitely will be back for more!

Have shopped at Early Settler over many years and spent thousands of dollars. Never again! After paying the total of our purchase we waited 6 weeks for delivery. When the delivery arrived some furniture pieces were missing and two of the pieces were damaged, a split in a table top and a panel in a cupboard kicked in. We were assured these would be replaced and another 5 weeks on, are still waiting. Final delivery was meant to be Saturday, went to the Jandakot store to pay the balance on a couple of additional items (rugs) was told that the items were in the warehouse ready for delivery. The delivery crew text us to say the would deliver between 2-4.30. We waited around all Saturday afternoon, nothing arrived, then received a phone call from Osbourne park office to tell us our table was delivered to someone else and nothing would be arriving as final balance payment hadn’t been paid, it had 2 days previous at Jandakot. Early settler now has our total expenditure, over $12000 we have two damaged pieces, four outstanding deliveries, one of which is not expected for another 4-6 weeks. It is apparent that the warehouse and store don’t communicate and provide conflicting information. If you see furniture you like, don’t buy from early settler unless you are happy to wait ridiculous amounts of time (months) for delivery, while they earn interest on your money. VERY DISAPPOINTING Early Settler, a company who don’t really care about the customer.
