Appointment was on time. Tuyet was very helpful and professional, explaining everything and making me feel at ease. Cleared my ears so I could hear immediately.

This was my first time getting something like this done with my ears, I was so nervous when I was there but after being reassured that everything is gonna be ok helped. My right ear was blocked but got both ears done it was quick and easy. Definitely recommended

I attended the clinic last month and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming, friendly and caring. I was a bit nervous about getting my ears looked at but Melanie proved to have a caring manner and she did an excellent job. I can now hear a pin drop!

Going from 1 to 2 hearing aids. In & out fairly quickly. Meaningful from account Michael for the process of sound was better than received in the past. Initial quote for 2 Signia Pure Charge & Go 5AX was $9,500. Obtain various prices heading south for the same aids and ended up getting them for $5,382 from Hearing Savers. They then in turn referred me to Pristine Hearing. The hearing aids will be received 1 week later.

Absolutely recommend over ear Syringe. Fast effective and painless. Very comfortable experience and left hearing better then when I walked In.

I absolutely 100% agree with the majority of reviews here and totally recommend this place to anyone, got my ears suctioned today for the very first time ever, was pretty nervous before hand and at first but managed to do and go through It the best I can, Tuyet was absolutely amazing as, she got all the wax out of both ears and can hear soooo much BETTER now, haven’t been able to hear this amazingly In such a LONG TIME, I thank Tuyet so very much, anyone that needs to BEST solution getting wax out of your ears GO HERE!

Totally agree with majority of reviews. 100% success for 75% blocked canals which was done with a minimum of fuss. Extremely pleasant staff and comfortable surroundings. As a pensioner I was only charged $110 and you won't get better than that in Perth.

Highly recommended - great experience from start to finish. Despite having copious amounts of impacted earwax, Tuyet removed the blockage within 15 minutes. I didn't feel a thing during the procedure. I left the clinic feeling relieved. Thank you.

My husband called the Ear Suction Clinic and was looked after really well, they made an effort to fit him in at short notice, Michael sorted out my husband's ears issues, in a professional and friendly manner.

Took my daughter to have her ear's cleaned as have been having issues with stuck wax for a few months. We were seen by Tuyet who was great with my daughter and explained everything as she was a bit scared as this was her first time. My daughter felt so much better after and I was relieved to see that the wax blocking her ears was removed. I would recommend this clinic.

When i got home i had to turn the tv down from 29 to 11, and the dawn birdcalls were so sweet i shed a tear.thank you
