I found the service very helpful my hats off to the young lady who took the time to chat with me and help me find the right fit for me.

So friendly staff went in ordered some boots to be made told me 1 week to be ready but rang next day omg what service defiantly going there again

Have a big sign out the front promoting that they sell RM Williams. Very small range. Was dissapointed

Eagle Wools Freemantle produce the most fantastic UGG boots. Besides being made in Western Australia, they offer a great range of colours and they can make them especially for you. If the UGGs have any issues within a year, they will fix them free of charge. I bought a pair some years ago and found that bit of the stitching was unravelling. After a short correspondence with Pam about the issue, they agreed to fix them. Great service.

Friendly staff. Great range of high end WA made wool and self care products. They also stock RMWilliams.

Loving my boots, the wool is so warm that I find myself having to take them off at times.
On those cold mornings and nights my boots are my go to!

Eagle Wools were so fantastic for me. We purchased 4 uggs for my family. Mine were too big however, (I hadn’t realised & had worn them) & they resized them for me free of charge & posted back out to me. I just paid the postage which I was happy to do. Customer service was great, & also they had our order of Ugg boots ready before the scheduled pick up date.

Have pretty much everything sheepskin and even cow hides, you could want. Very helpful staff. Had seat covers made 7 yrs ago, elastic broke, enquired about fixing, and paying for repair, was fixed no charge. Definitely would check these people out.

Have fitted wool seat covers: very high quality finish, process was well managed from booking the time to notification of finish to pick-up. I am very happy with the finished product.
