Dynasty Drycleaners

I thanked the staff for liaising with me as a dissatisfied customer after my QS duvet was ruined, and they asked me to fill out a form for both a refund and compensation. That compensation came through, but the communication could have been better. I never did find out what happened, but I wish them well and have deleted the details of this complaint below as a gesture of goodwill.

Best around. Attention to detail, excellent repairs if you need it… good and caring operators

Dynasty exceeded expectations in a number of ways. The delivery was prompt, professional and free. I was given an eco friendly dry cleaning suit bag, also free. I had a trouser hem that needed repairs and this was noticed, without me having to ask and it was repaired, also free. The quality of the cleaning and ironing/pressing was amazing and I feel like I have new clothes. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for such great service!

They didn't do weighted blankets. I called beforehand and they said that they could. I asked when I dropped it off and they said that they could. When I picked up my weighted blanket they said that they couldn't dry clean it.

I'm sure that their dry cleaning services are adequate (I wouldn't know, I didn't have anything dry cleaned), but being told beforehand that it would be okay to have a weighted blanket dry cleaned and then backing out after I had dropped it off wasn't all too great.

I had a suit dry cleaned here and the buttons shattered. I didn't notice until a couple of weeks later. I took it in and the owner of this business offered to replace the buttons or at least re-attach buttons that I could supply. Considering the garment was cleaned to the manufacturers specifications this was purely an offer of goodwill and shows the integrity of this business. All other items of clothing that I have had cleaned or pressed here have turned out wonderfully. I find them to be an honest and reliable business.

The only reason I decided to dryclean my wedding dress and veil was due to the multiple 5 star reviews.

I am disappointed by the customer service and attitude provided by the manager Gavin.

I work in retail so I completely understand covid has impacted different industries and services. I was told the date I was given was just an estimate but almost 2 months out from that estimated date is a big stretch. There was no communication about further delays I had to call to check how they were progressing.

My main frustration was being told multiple times when I called after the estimated ready date " it'll be ready the following week, we will call you". At one point they had trouble finding my order to check up on the progress which was concerning since it's an expensive item of clothing.

I gave honest feedback when I collected my order. Gavin was very dismissive, unapologetic and ended the conversation with a sarcastic comment " well I have to go do my deliveries now or I'll get more complaints "

I will not be recommending this business to any friends or family.

Friendly and pleasant customer service and in my experience, on time readiness of clean and ironed clothing. A pleasure to deal with.

They collect from my work and deliver it back to me at work! So easy!
They have even repaired some of my garments at no cost, which is so lovely and very welcomed!

Had my engagement party dress (white skater all over lace dress) cleaned here as I was afraid I would ruin it myself. Came out beautifully. Will go back here should I need anything dry cleaned.

Unfortunately confirmed my lack of confidence in dry cleaners in general. My sports jacket came back looking worse than when it went in and now has damage to the sleeve buttons and is probably ruined. (Actually it is pretty much ruined - knicked the lapel and ruined the shoulder padding - linen / cotton Rodd and Gunn)

Makes me question who put in all the five star reviews.

Dynasty has been amazing. So accommodating being able to provide a great clean finish on some finicky items with a tight turn around. Based in the CBD, it’s so convenient to get to and from during lunch. Thanks again Dynasty team!

Amazing service and beyond impressive knowledge. I had a piece that I was completely hopeless would be able to save (fake tan explosion on expensive all white jumpsuit borrowed from designer) But the piece came back a week and a half later absolutely perfect. Never would have known! Staff were meticulous and cared greatly about maintaining the fabrics integrity and not to risk anything that would damage it further. Couldn't recommend high enough!

Thanks to Gavin and the staff at Dynasty Drycleaning. I get my shirts and suits dry cleaned regularly and they do a great job. So handy in the city just pick up and drop off on the way to work. Even at very short notice they are spot on.
After last Christmas dropped off our Christmas table cloths which had seen a pretty messy Christmas Day. Was very pleasantly surprised at how good they came up.

I would like to thank the staff at Dynasty for such amazing customer service. We were visiting from interstate and Dynasty were able to clean some very difficult stains and have them ready in a very tight timeframe. They really went above and beyond with their level of service. Thankyou.

Appalling service!

I could have bought a $2 microfiber cloth and saved myself $38 and achieved better results, no only did i pay $40 for nothing but now all the buckles on my once beautiful bag are now flaking.

Avoid this place if you have basic standards.

A button came off my suit after they dry cleaned, but they put it back on for free. Good service
