Dynasty Chinese Restaurant

Absolutely disappointing! Had ordered a squid meal and taken a few bites before realising it was tough and inedible. Asked for a substitute or another plate and was refused as I apparently ate more than half the plate! Upon leaving I had to pay the full price for the $23.50 meal in which I never actually got my old plate back to finish the tough squid. Left hungry… Not only that but the staff did not seem trained at all and did not know what to do in this situation which I would’ve thought basic hospitality service.

Food was good but service could of been better.found a rubber band in our food so notified the waitress just to let them know not asking for anything out of it.but when we notified the waitress she was careless to the fact that we found a foreign object in our food.would of expected better.

FOR STARTES i’m appalled at the chinese woman on the phone who would NOT let me order my FOOD and REPEATEDLY hung up on me. This service absolutely appalling and should by the police. SECONDLY as i could no order my food online i went into the store with my stomach churning and my blood BUBBLING with anger. I saw nothing but red when i walked up to this young lad names “aidyn”. When he blabbered on his saliva flicked all over my face drop my drop.this ruined my appetite and forced me to leave the store, angry, disgusted, and with a new disease.i had to go over to the emerald restaurant to order my food. 0 SRAS!

Hello…I am appalled with the woman that runs this shop…. Her name is may…. And she is absolutely disgusting to her staff…she yells at the poor things…. I once even saw her fire a young lad in front of everybody staff and customers included

I haven't experienced a really good Asian Curry in a while but by far this has topped off as one of the greatest I had since living in WA! It's a bit spicy and the chicken taste good along with rice! If you are worried about the portion size, I can guarantee it'll feed a family of 4 with ease.

Staff were non existent, ignoring customers. Food was the worst I have eaten. Exceptionally bland for Chinese food.
Not good service to have one dish (vegetable) come out after everyone on table has finished eating.

Tried to order on phone. After 3 attempts to add up found out the prices on the website are very wrong. Ended up cancelling order as 3 staff still had it wrong. Also cash only as eftpos machine broken. Beware of pricing

Terrible service the 2 girls at the counter appeared to be on the spectrum I have no idea what was going on with them! They got the order terribly wrong and my son got food poisoning Absolutely the worst I did try to call them during their open hours but kept getting call failed (hung up on me) It is very sad that this was the best restaurant in Busselton probably now the worst. There is a reason why this restaurant in known to the locals as the “Dinenasty”

Placed my order then was told eftpos wasn't working, so had to go get money out, then I waited for nearly half an hour for it to be ready,

Look, it's okay but not my favourite Asian restaurant in town. I'm not a huge fan of drinking bubbles from an ordinary wine glass, having to ask for a wine bucket when it's clear you have wine that needs to be kept cold are just two examples. The portions are very generous and quite tasty although I suspect there's MSG in some of the dishes as I am allergic and tend to react after I've eaten there. It's a favourite haunt of a good friend so, what's a girl to do?

If you're interested in eating really average and overpriced Chinese food then this is the place for you. It wasn't awful but I will never dine there again.

Food yummy & good servings! Place looks a bit rundown tho, upholstery of some seats are torn. Not presentable when you take visitors from out of town.

Ordered dinner tonight, Satay Chicken and Satay Beef both were drowning in oil made it very unpleasant to eat even after draining some of the oil from it.

The service and communication has been very disappointing. We ordered take away and were told it will take 30 minutes. We got there to pick up our order and were told it will take another 20 minutes. When we came back to pick up our order after waiting for 50 minutes. The lady at the front ensured me that our order is complete as I run my order by her again. When we got home we saw that the crispy fried chicken we ordered was not included. We phoned to ask where it is and we were told that they ran out. We were not told of this when we got there to pick up so 1 child did not have dinner. We phoned again and the manager was very rude and not willing to help us and just hung up the phone. We will not be using Dynasty again and I won't be recommending this restaurant to go to.

DYNASTY was one of the best Chinese take away in Busselton. Tonight I had takeaway and it was of sub standard did not even remotely taste like the DYNASTY Chinese dishes I had become accustomed to, very poor, very expensive, which added to my disappointment, then found out that the original owners no longer are there they moved out to vasse, that is where I will be going from now on because in my opinion they are the best Chinese cooks in Busselton.

Very good fresh food, but didn't expect my sizzling prawns to be covered in very sweet sauce; I prefer my food savoury tasting, without sticky sweet sauce.
