This is a good little shop and staff are helpful and will order stuff in if they dont have it

My mum tried to shop there, asking three girls for help re finding a book, only to be snapped at " I'm serving a client" so rude, my mum is 92, they could hardly be bothered, come on Dymocks this is not on, a smile and service costs nothing,

Will never shop with Dymocks again! My husband went there to buy a book for my daughter tonight and previously we have bought many books there. I walk in to see staff harassing and abusing my husband and 3 year old daughter and they refused to even let him buy pack of cards for her. They called security on on him and security laughed at the fact they called them on my daughter and husband. Security told us to report them to centre management. The manager Alysse and a girl wearing black who refused to give us their names so we could report them to area manager. Extremely rude and unprofessional. A staff raised voice at my daughter told her to go away and not touch the books. Too much to write about the whole scenario they demanded my husband to pack the books my daughter looked at when that is their job. There is no sign that says you can’t pick up a book and then have to put it back in alphabetical order

I've been coming here for a decade! This place is amazing! I bought the first book of my favourite series here! This place will always be a fond memory of contentment. The staff are amazing. Even on a busy day, I never waited more than 5 minutes to be served! The ladies at the counter are so patient and excellent with disabled customers!

Hi there just wanted to say a huge thankyou to the great service, i wanted a book Costas world that i couldnt get in geraldton and rang you guys and the lovely young lady couldnt do enough for me, i received the book in lots of time for xmas. Once again thank you i truly appreciate it.

I like to sneak into the store and move all of the political autobiographies into the Fiction section

Seems to have every book I've been looking for no matter how obscure so it gets a thumbs up from me.

Girls behind the counter were lovely and very patient as the day I was in was a few days before Christmas and it was busy.
The shop was full of people, but the staff handled it really well and were smiling and polite to everyone.

Always have the best experience at this Dymocks! If you like manga and graphic novels, this is the place to be. Their manga shelf just keeps expanding and it's so fun to pop in every couple of weeks to see what they have added! Not to mention, the staff are just lovely, and are always ready to help you out. I have not once had a negative experience here.

Nice representation of a Dymocks store. Probably not as much in terms of stationary such as diaries, licensed items. But books do have a great range. Staff are friendly and store is bright and clean.

Dymocks is a great way to relieve the stress of these challenging times and at the same time add to your knowledge.

Ordered a book from these guys in early January an have still not received it, they contacted me a month ago saying its still coming, that's it, not good enough

Amazing as always, greats device and an amazing collection of manga. If you ever need manga I recommend going to dymocks in Morley has they have a wider range to select from and more books in each consecutive series. Always live comming here

Best Dymocks Book shop, Went in this morning. Manageress is always on the job. Exceptional work by the staff looking after the elderly customers. A positive place to shop and browse.

However, what can Galleria management do to ensure the COVID-19 safe distance requirements? Most People ignore it!

I called up to get information on gift cards and the woman who answered was so professional and friendly. Very impressed!

It's cozy but the staff are friendly and they have a heap of options available. Even if we end up going digital I hope Dymmocks survives the age.
