Wonderful store with plenty of space and the displays were brilliant! Easily the best Dymocks I've been into.

Chasing down a hard to find bookin my local area, and trying not to buy through Amazon, Dymocks were able to get in for me quickly and easily

With such a large volume of titles to suit everyone from the youngest member to the oldest member of your family or friends and also ideal when seeking that perfect gift for birthdays or Christmas DYMOCKS has it all!

My go-to bookstore. The vibe is everything and I could, and I do, spend hours browsing and chilling in a comfortable atmosphere, with helpful book lovers on hand ready to assist if needed.

From there amazing accessories availability to the fantastic customer service offered. Dymocks Midland is a place to go, even if you aren’t a heavy reader the staff and more than willing to talk to you and point you in the direction to a book that 9 times out of 10 you will enjoy. Great to still have a book store. I get graphic novels for my kids there. Good selection and helpful staff.

These guys have a great range of books and very good competitive prices and are really helpful at ordering books in if they don't have them on the shelf

I rang the store early this morning about a book, they had it in stock. Put it to one side for me. The young lady who took care of me was very polite and could not do enough for me, much appreciated. Definitely recommend this store.

This is a great place to buy books on history and growing things in your garden. Do your research first and then go and plant it and watch it grow. And if you can't find the book that your are looking for - just ask the staff as they can order it for you.

I would like to give a shout out to the man who served me today at Dymocks Midland. This is the second time I have been served by this man (not sure of his name sorry). I was blown away by his friendliness, professionalism and 5 star customer service. He went above and beyond to help me even though I was only buying 1 book! It's not a regular occurrence to encounter this type of service any more and I would have loved to get his name so I can identify him to his superiors - maybe next time. Thank you for your lovely authentic and kind manner. I felt like a very valued customer and my faith in fabulous customer service has been restored! I will continue to support Dymocks Midland and will spread the word to my family and friends.

The young lady who served us today was fantastic! Had a friendly chat and she opened my glasses from another store while finalising my purchase.

The store is laid out well, clean and easy to locate the genre your looking for.

Got some wonderful books in stock, I'm a fan of classics. I'm not sure whether or not Dymocks sells books in foreign languages, couldn't find any, however I'd wish they'd have a little neiche foreign language section. Otherwise service is great and it's always organised neat and tidy!

Dymocks has a good range of books and if they don't have what you are after, the staff are always very helpful and will get it in for you.

Had a book put aside for me for three days came in (within the 3 day time frame) to collect the book and they had sold it. Lady was very unhelpful did not offer to fix the problem. Will not be shopping at Dymocks any longer

Amazing variety of books, great prices and very good service. The girls at Dymocks are very knowledgeable and friendly. A well organized and neat layout maķes it easy to browse and find what you are looking for.

Can be expensive when compared to other chains, but staff always helpful and willing to order books in.

I love reading, I love paper books. They are making a comeback thankfully! A few years ago it was quite difficult to find a walk in Bookstore. I'm glad they are having a resurgence.
