The customer service at this store is incredible. The ladies are so kind and helpful. Always with a smile. They recently helped me by finding a particular book light for my daughter from another store. I was kept up to date by phone calls and it arrived on the day they specified. I love the staff! They’re so wonderful, caring and helpful, always happy to order in books for me.

The staff here are marvellous. Not only are they always friendly and more than helpful, but they take so much time and care to chat to my daughter that she considers them her friends and genuinely looks forward to dropping in to say hello every week. Stuff like that does wonders for a child and I will always be massively grateful for it.

Dymocks Ellenbrook is my favourite shop. The staff, who are mostly family, cannot do enough for you. They have found books for me, recommended authors for me and have ALWAYS treated my wife and I with respect, even though we may take up their time.

Found a book a wanted 3 days before Christmas that was sold out, they took my number down and when they realised the book wouldn't be delivered the day the expected they had it transferred from another store overnight for me.

Such a wonderful place. This doesn't have the 'feel' of a chain store, but rather a personal boutique bookstore where the staff remember you, are friendly and always happy to help with special orders. They have a really great selection of books, and the site is always clean and well-stocked, and always makes a bit of an impact on my wallet when I go in because there's just so many books I want to get.: D I'm so glad we get to have a bookstore like this in Ellenbrook.

Was hunting for PC books, specifically "Coding For Beginners", was lucky enough they had one in-stock, decently priced too $25 ($24.99).

Very thankful that there’s a well stocked local bookstore. Great range, staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to assist you.

Although books I always look for aren’t in store the ladies are always more than happy to track it down and order it in or over for me.
