Dymocks Busselton reviews
22Amazing Store with alot of books, Staff are kind and will help you with any issue that you have. Store is easily accessible. The shop is clean and well maintained.
Dymocks Busselton not only has a marvelous range of books (as always) but the staff are always ready to help and nothing is too much to ask. Absolutely love this place.
Ps, my boyfriend secretly bought me the A Court of Thorns and Roses collection and the lady serving him wrapped the books so nicely!
I went to Dymocks in Busselton this morning (10th December 21) and found the book I wanted easily and the service from the staff member was excellent. I will be back as it is my favourite book shop.
The lady that works/owns this store is friendly and fair.having said this their prices are way above Kmart, BigW etc.so if the books are popular I will try these department stores first otherwise I will go to Dymocks.
I LOVE this shop! It has always been, and will always be my absolute favourite bookshop, and here's why:
It's a family-run bookshop with genuine people behind it who hold community values and support the local schools, authors, and are really a big-hearted bunch.
It's a local store and has been operating in the town for over two decades.
The author events have become an institution and an encouragement to readers and authors alike.
The staff are always out from behind the counter, willing to help, and genuinely love books; by far the most-knowledgeable 'well-read' peeps around.
The location is convenient, and the store is inviting.
If you can't get it in store, they'll bend over backwards to track it down for you. Customers are their #1 and it's nice to feel valued.
And I can use my Booklover Card. Hello!:)
Thanks for a fantastic experience everytime!

Amazing service and selection - these people will do whatever it takes to get the books we seek!
Friendly & helpful with an extensive knowledge of what's out there. Love their reach into the community and their support of WA creators!
Always happy to shop here, friendly staff plus generally find a book to read - buy, when I get the time to pop in
Always friendly service and will check for available information even if you don’t have all the detail.
Beth & the team are always super welcoming & helpful. Always quick to assist & attend to any query. The store always looks neat, tidy & inviting! A pleasure to browse & shop there. Cheers, Elise xx
I've worked with the team at Dymocks Busselton on several occasions. It's a beautiful store with knowledgeable staff who are eager to meet the needs of their customers. Personally, as a children's author I've done fabulous events at the shop and been part of the Between the Lines Festival which brings books and children together throughout the region. I'm looking forward to visiting again as soon as travel allows. If I lived in Busselton I'd be there all the time!
Dymocks Busselton has a wide variety of books and gifts, and the staff are always very friendly, helpful, and able to search for and order additional books where needed.
Beth and the team do a lot to help out their community, especially in terms of reading and literacy programs
Loved the pop up shops at Mary McKillop Family Day and the Busselton Festival! Staff are lovely.
Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable, and happy to order in a book if not on shelf. Their author talks and special events are always great fun for adults and children too!
Staff need training! Did pay for my book over the phone! Came to collect but staff couldn't find my paid book.found ten minutes later in wrong place in between draws, tossed aside like a rag doll. Gave me a Dymocks card, but didn't add my three extra books, I bought! Staff need training! Asked, if I could order 2 children's books.was told to talk to staff next day! Poor service!
As well as having a great range of new books, there was also some 2nd hand and discounted book stands containing a good selection of books
Great customer service and I liked the variety of novels and travel books. There was a good range of clearance items out the front of the store. This shop is a smaller scale Dymocks and therefore has a minimal range compared to the city stores.
Called up on Sunday morning asking after some Brandon Sanderson books, which the assistant let me know were in stock (thankfully!) The same girl was there when I went in later, and remembered me from the phone call and was very helpful. When I went back today (morning of the 2nd) she was there again and very cheerful and helpful! Annoyed with myself I didn't get her name so I could complete my review properly! Excellent customer service from Dymocks Busselton
Smaller Dymocks as you would expect, but wonderful staff that actually read and provide terrific advice. Worth a visit.
I visited the bookshop this week. I found that the staff at the front of the store were quite friendly. However, the store wasn't easy to get around with a pram and the kids section was impossible to get around with my pram - would hate to be in a wheelchair. It would be even worse.
