Fantastic service, explained things in detail and solved my problems. The staff were patient and knew what I was asking and how to address my issues.

I recently had a problem with my computer being slow when using some specific programs. DV confirmed my proposed solution was correct and supplied the required parts at a fair price with advice on how to try the install myself. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I went to DV Computers for the first time and got a nice friendly welcome from the owner, Fowzee, who was very helpful and knowledgeable with trouble shooting advice. I can thoroughly recommend DV Computers to anyone in Myaree and surrounding areas.

After an initial hiccup during an order, team more than made up for error. Quality products at reasonable prices.

I've trusted DV Computers as my local computer store for perhaps 10 years. Their service has always been superb.

Terrible service; I bought a laptop.within 2 weeks the battery went and they refused to replace it claiming the battery had corrosion on it (the battery is encased within the computer and has to be removed by unscrewing the back) Darren the assistant there was useless and failed to take any responsibility. I'm in the process of taking them to court. Strongly suggest you don't go near them! Rip off merchants. See pics below this is how they determined that the battery had corrosion; if it has it's because it's been out of the computer for a month within an envelope

Went to DV with 2 old computers that I could not get into. The guy that helped me I didn't get his name. He was of Asian decent was absolutely fantastic. Found the files I was looking for and didn't treat me like a techno challenged idiot. Fantastic service. Highly recommend. All with a smile and patience.

The guy who helped me (tall dude) was an absolute legend. He diagnosed my battery issue within minutes without trying to sell a periodic service. Very very very helpful, thanks a lot!

My laptop stopped working in September 2022. Took it in to DV Computers and they charged me over $100 just to take a look. It was 8 weeks before I heard anything, and it was just an SMS saying that the issue couldn't be fixed. No alternatives, nothing.

I picked it up, gave it to a work colleague and he obtained the old data from the laptop in less than 30 mins.

Why would you give someone back a laptop that has stopped working, and not give them an alternative where they can transfer their data to a hard drive? Literally zero mention of this.

Visited today to try and get a low spec laptop to connect to 2 external displays - was listened to, was shown what to do to hook up the connection and sold only what was required - great service and where one should go rather than the usual high street suspects. Will be back when we have any IT issues or needs.

Went there on the advice of a friend (instead of JB HIFI).
Was served by Fauzi who listened carefully to what I was saying (I wanted a laptop for my wife). He gave me well considered advice and I chose a Dell. He then loaded my Microsoft 365 and other stuff and also provided useful guidance. What great service. Recommend them highly.

I initially took my laptop (which had 'frozen') to the service department of the large retail chain where I bought it 4 years ago. I was informed that it was out of warranty, that a $49 fee applied for them to look at it and there would be a 10 working day turnaround and additional charges would apply depending on work required. The 'technician' also implied I should upgrade to a new laptop as mine was becoming obsolete. Fortunately I didn't have my wallet with me, couldn't pay the initial fee and left the store.
I then rang DV Computers and was offered a simple tip that might fix the problem. It did and cost me nothing. If, in the future, I have PC problems DV will be my first port of call. I will also recommend them to others in the rea. Thanks.

Went in last week, Darren spent a bit of time with me diagnosing the issues with my laptops at no charge and helped me purchase a refurbished mac desktop computer. Took it back in after a few days as it was having issues, I said it wasn't the machine for me, he offered a refund and gave me the right specs to look for to operate a music program. Knowledgeable and calm, patient service

Great service over the phone. Rang to arrange an upgrade to my CPU. Found out my laptop is not able to be upgraded. Staff helped me by suggesting an add-on to solve my issues. Have been using these guys for years and they have always been very helpful.

Neat little shop with a good variety of old and new parts, lots of bargains to be had on one hand but was a bit surprised at the pricing on some other things.

I have been to this business before and consider the staff very courteous, today the staff member was a little on the rude side.

My mate rang and booked their computer in to be looked at with a view to getting a new hard drive installed. When they got there they were told that DVC didn't make appointments and told them to leave and go somewhere else. DVC seriously need to review their customer service practices. Rude and rubbish service. I recommend customers go elsewhere.

I'd recommend DV computers to anyone, these guys are awesome! After doing a lot of research I bought a refurbished PC for my partner's Christmas present last year and it has been a fantastic machine which easily manages his demanding music studio software.

I have just purchased a PC for myself and am over the moon with its high specs for a good price. I don't think I'd ever buy new again now I know I can find a perfect refurbished PC from here.

On both occasions the staff have been incredibly helpful and friendly, and I've overheard them helping customers who have no idea what they're looking for as well as those who have very specific requirements. Be prepared to wait sometimes as their customer service is great and they may be helping someone else but there's so much cool computer stuff to browse while you wait!

I had a hard disk crash as the PC had been making some noise and it was going slow. I thought the worst, but these guys did a fantastic repair job and restored everything and the PC has been running much better and quiet as a mouse. First class work and results.
