Dusk

I asked for a free refil for my dusk candle lighter. The shop assistant said she couldn't fill it up because it was leaking. I politely asked if she could replace it as it wasn't old but I probably do not still have the receipt. She just said no. I said I'm disappointed and will shop elsewhere now. She was indifferent to my comments. I said here you can have it back and she took it and smirked because i was unhappy! Bad customer care!

Me and my partner wanted to buy 1 bottle of fragrance from the Dusk store in the Mandurah Forum. We specifically asked for one desired fragrance and was pushed and pushed to buy more. To buy a diffuser when we said we already had one. To buy 10 other flavours when we only asked specifically for that one. To buy lighters, candle holders and plates. We said politely to the owner of the store who served us, we don’t want anything else and she still persisted in trying to up sell everything. She even said “really” when we said no thank you. We both said to each other when walking out of the store that we had never been pressured that much in a store ever! We’d definitely recommend not going into this store as no doubt you will be forced against your will to buy more and more!

Very pushy lady with sales to a point where I will not be returning, I get the whole retail thing but when a customer says "No thank you" it's a no and they still don't listen then persist on up selling you everything you don't need. My worst visit ever today.

One of my most favourite shops! Love coming here and always receive amazing customer service, especially from Michelle and Kaelee!

The scent of the candles can be overpowering at times and can make it hard to breathe. The quality of the candles is excellent, perfect gift

All endocrine and hormone damaging chemical fragrance rubbish. Over rated expensive items not worth buying!

Wide range of scented candles. Some other gifts. Occasional limited specials. Helpful staff. Not the cheapest product.
