Shopped in yr store today and wanted to say what an amazing young man you have working in your store. Best customer service I have had in years. You deserve a reward young man. I didn’t read his name badge. Thankyou for an awesome shopping experience. I only went in for a browse and came out with a candle lighter and 2 spirituality melts.

Lovely little store to get gifts. The ladies there are always super helpful and the store has a wide range of dusk products. Will definitely return

Very rude and mean staff. Very pushy and unpleasant attitude. Staff blaming customer not to listen to her, which is nonsense! Very very very disgusting and humiliating experience will never return!

Not the best dusk, staff are really friendly until you turn down an "upsale". The second you say no to adding another candle they all become very rude!
I would recommend avoid going here, you're better off traveling a bit more and going to the carousel dusk!

If you love candles and all things that smell great, shop here, when they have their sales, youreally get a bargain

Love their mood reeds here - decent range, and it works (to fill an office) really well.they seem to last quite a bit too.their candles too, look to have a really good range.and the store itself does have a few gift ideas for the generic, or specific, occasions.staff here have so far been really very friendly and helpful too.

Scents were generally loud and tacky, but we were newbies at scent shopping.settled for one in the hood and bought the lightest fragrance possible. Staff wasn’t transparent about membership rebates. Make sure you ask all the qs before signing up. Only one lady on staff was genuinely knowledgeable and helpful.

Lovely ladies! I had no clue what to get as gifts for a present, but they help and guided me. I highly recommend them
