Dunsborough Medical Centre

I was not informed as to my COVID status after doing a test.
I was sent and SMS to veifiy who I was aand when I entered my corret surname & DOB the medical centre's website replied details were wrong as if they had entered them in correctly in the first place. I still do not knowmy results

The staff at Dunsborough Medical Centre were just the best. Could not have asked for kinder or more caring attention. All smiling faces and positive attitude made me feel welcome and cared for. Ladies you are doing a stellar job and can’t thank you enough! Helen

I attended Dunsborough Medical Centre yesterday following a wrist injury on Sunday.
The staff at reception were very friendly and managed to access an appointment for me at short notice. The Doctor whom attended was exemplary in her care and knowledge.
Highly recommend this Medical Centre.

My experience at Dunsborough Medical Centre on 6th October was absolutely first class. From my son’s early morning phone call with Amy asking for advice and help for me, to being seen by two very two helpful and kind nurses in the ENT department, to then being referred on to Dr Scott Macliver, the care and consideration given to me was exemplary. My medical issue was resolved quickly and efficiently and by midday I was able to carry on enjoying my wonderful holiday in Dunsborough.

Nice doctor but bad communication from the staff office which didn’t mention to me before appointment that over 15min, consultation is double price. Only been told is 80$ when I got to paid 145 at the end because I got over time. Not very happy with that!

Prompt service and nurses can take care of minor issues, supervised by doctors, thus making minor attendances more efficient.

I won’t go anywhere else, the care & respect you get from all staff is amazing, couldn’t recommend highly enough! Heartfelt thanks

This is a first class community service. Doctors, nurses and the admin staff are always professional and friendly.

Dunsbrough medical centre is one of the best in the south west when it come to customers service! Is relativly long wait times as expected with good GPs, would definitely recommend to a friend. Have had little issuess and any issue that I had were resolved.

Reception was warm and efficient, finding us an appointment despite the busyness of the doctors. Doctor had a lovely manner with my son and was calm and reassuring. Amazing service

A huge thank you to the team at Dunsborough Medical Centre today. Receptionists, Nurse and Doctor were all supportive and caring.
There were no free appointments - so I very much appreciate the compassion shown by the receptionist, who told me under my circumstances to come in, and she would arrange for me to see a Doctor. Compassion shown again on my arrival, as a different receptionist asked if I needed to sit with a nurse (which I didn't). After a short wait I met with the nurse who was absolutely lovely and knowledgable. She took the time to listen to the string of events and go over photos I had taken. She was also very reassuring and caring, as was the kind, very professional Doctor who not only reassured me that my course of action was correct but organised a blood test to investigate my reaction further. He had an excellent 'bedside manner', (defined in the Oxford dictionary as a doctor's approach or attitude to a patient). I am very appreciative of the care I received today from the staff at Dunsborough Medical Centre. Thank you.

I cut my finger quite deeply falling on a rock. Went to the medical centre, phoning ahead, but without an appointment: they simply asked me to come along.

A nurse saw me within 5 minutes, she said she thought my cut needed stitches. A doctor came to look within another 5 minutes. He agreed with the nurse, took me to a bed, give me a local anesthetic and then 5 astonishingly neat stitches. A nurse took over, bandaged it, and gave me a spare dressing.it was all done within about 30 minutes.

The place is spotless. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and based on this experience, highly competent.

I have been attending this practice since its inception. It has always been five-star service. My family are assured of friendly reception and prompt appointments with an understanding, kind and attentive doctor or nurse.

In need of urgent medical assistance for a bleeding and fractured big toe. Reception staff went above and beyond to address my problem. Nurse June was caring and helpful. Enjoy the box of chocolates ladies. You deserve more!
