Very over priced I went in today to buy cigarettes they were charging $41.50 for a packet of 20s so I went to the service station they were $10.50 cheaper.
Over priced

Today I took a client there for shopping and as she is old and frail her knee’s started buckling and as I was helping her to keep hold of the trolley that was going towards a checkout that was closed! The rude checkout girl said this is closed and I said I know. But not at all for a few minutes did she even bother to ask us if we needed help! So lucky a young man jake helped take her outside to sit and eventually the girl got someone to serve me at that checkout. I just want her to know that one day young lady you will be old and may need help and today you were not helpful (except for opening that check out). So many helpful people today but she was not one of them.

Good store. Love at. I’m always buying meat, fish and meat for dogs in the IGA, the goods are tasty and fresher here. Such a difference in quality compare to coles or Woolworths.

Quiet store and friendly service but stock and variety of brands are limited. Specials are never available on shelf.

Great variety, great service, amazing deli and meat options. All the grocery and dairy lines you could ever ask for. The BEST gluten free options you will ever find. A hidden gem in the heart of Duncraig.

A lot of empty shelves - no bread. Go elsewhere if you need anything. This place is a waste of time.

I shop here frequently. Convenient location and shopping hours. Good range of products at competitive prices.

Staff at checkout are very rude.
Prices are very high for fresh produce.
Often lots of old almost out of date stock

My everyday go to supermarket. For a smaller supermarket it has a really good selection an friendly staff. Opening hours are great and helped me out often when I needed something before getting the kids to school.

Fresh fruit and vegetables. Always enjoy the freshly baked pastries. Friendly staff and customers too.

I was in store this morning and saw a mouse in the meat section! So gross! I’ve contacted the health department. Please stay away from this supermarket, they are putting your health at risk.

Everything is beautifully laid out and presented and fruit and vegetables are of the highest quality. I only shop there in an emergency as the prices are very expensive.

Has some good offers and the fresh produce definitely looks better than in any other shop,
but in general it is more expensive in comparison with Woolworths or Coles.
However if you looking for something specific gourmet like cassia cinnamon which is my favourite and hard to find than you probably find it here.

The IGA is a great store, but the parking to get there is very poor particularly the visibility when leaving:

Great IGA, always clean and organised and generally has what I need. Most staff are very friendly, especially the gentleman who stocks the veggies:) Though my one bit of feedback is that every now and then I get served by people who really don't want to be there, not all the time but a few times. A smile makes a bit difference to people's day. Other than that it's great and I happily shop here all the time.

I love the store because it is convenient for me and has great variety (5 stars) BUT the checkout staff really look as though they hate their jobs (numerous staff not just one) and behave as though the customers are really inconveniencing them (would give minus stars if I could). Their attitude on some days is downright rude. Sometimes you may get a very flat greeting but don't expect a smile. Really spoils my day and when it happened again yesterday I thought it is time to say something.
Please train your checkout staff in the basics of customer service and monitor them as they are bringing down what is a great IgA. A friendly greeting and smile isn't too much to ask when a person is spending many $$$$ in your store.

A very good smaller supermarket, very good range of products at a good price, friendly staff. Located in a small centre with a good variety of outlets for your perusal including chemist, newsagency, OP shop, green grocer, hair dressers, gym, great food outlets. Close to a veterinarian, bottle shop with reasonable parking.

Great shop, friendly staff but poor management.
Bought a large packet of ham on the evening of the 21st Dec, on the 22nd Dec made the kids lunch, realised the ham expires on the 23rd Dec. The ham had no mark down sticker or signs to signify it was close to expiring. Returned the ham to IGA on the 22nd, minus 4 pieces that were put on sandwiches, to ask if I can exchange it for a packet with a more suitable expiring date. Management refused to swap the packet due to it having been already opened. When I asked why it hadn't been marked as expiring soon I was told, "we only mark products on the day they expire".
Be extra careful when purchasing products that expire from this shop. Alternatively there is plenty of good stock arouu d the corner at Glengarry IGA, Carine IGA, Padbury IGA as well as Warwick Woolworths and Coles. Padbury is also open later every night.

This IGA always stocks great dog bones in addition to fresh salads and an overall impressive product range. An all-round handy place to shop, with the added bonus of friendly staff.
