Absolutely great team that are so friendly, professional and helpful. Dr Rhys always gives me good information and I leave feeling better each time.

Whilst traveling from Canada, I put out a rib. Dr. Josh from Duncraig Chiropractic went out of his way to see me, assess me and treat me in the busy holiday season with a tight turn around schedule. After two sessions in as many days, I was feeling considerably better and relieved that I would not feel uncomfortable for the rest of my trip. Thanks so much Dr Josh.

Dr Brittney is a very competent chiropractic practitioner that has always been able to fix my upper back pain that I get from time to time. The Duncraig’s ABC techniques have certainly helped me a lot better than other conventional practices. I would recommend her to anyone.

I would rate Joshua and the whole practise as 15 out of 10. Joshua truely is the needle in the haystack that all backsufferes are looking for. After 45 years of back pain I know when a chiro is worth even talking to, definitely the best treatment and results ever.

The difference that we see in our 10-year-old is remarkable. We’ve done physio, OT and tried podiatry over the last three years, and our son was still complaining daily about aches and pains in his back, hips and knees. He was so achy and uncomfortable that he wasn’t sleeping well, seemed to regress a bit in sports etc.and generally was feeling off and achy. We saw Dave, who ensured that he knew exactly what he was dealing with by sending us for EOS X-rays after the initial assessment. This also gave me confidence that Dave was genuine and wouldn’t just treat my son blindly and risk exacerbating his aches and pains. After finding that my son had a curve in his spine, Dave set about realigning and relieving the pain and pressure it was causing. Three months later, our boy is sleeping better, and he's more focused at school, probably because of improved sleep. His running and swimming technique have improved. His posture is so much better too; the slouch and slumped shoulders have gone. The way he carries himself has improved immensely. But best of all, his pain has gone! We can not thank Dave enough.

I came to Dave after suffering a serious lower back injury whilst working out and I cannot recommend Dave enough for anyone considering chiropractic care! He addressed some major issues and came up with a plan to get me moving and I’ve never felt better. His professionalism is unmatched and I wouldn’t trust my body with anyone else!

Before seeing Dr. Rhys I had been suffering from chronic headaches, lower back pain, and ongoing pain in one of my wrists. I had received treatment elsewhere for my headaches and nothing was keeping them at bay for more than a couple of days. After 6 weeks of treatment with Rhys I am completely pain free and can finally get through a work day without even the slightest headache. I couldn't recommend more!

I answered the post Duncraig chiropractor had on Facebook after I ended up in hospital with a herniated disc but also having pre existing back problems it was the best thing I ever did after my hospital visit. I have been under the care of dr Brittney Laming and the work she has done has been amazing I have a better range of motion and the constant pain I used to feel has dramatically reduced.
