Extremely helpful desk clerks. Dr Kate Collister had a friendly manner, made a careful examination, and enquired about the current Rx I was on before making a diagnosis and prescribing.
To rule out secondary infection she also took swabs and assured me the results would be ready by three days. To ring the nurses as she would be engaged as an anaesthetist at Busselton Hospital.

Dr Tom was really helpful and very nice on the last 2 appointments. I felt very comfortable talking to him

I have been visiting Duchess Medical Practices for some years now and have always found the professionalism of the staff and Doctors out of this world. I would never consider going to another centre. Thank you guys for looking after me so so well.

Whilst I eventually achieved the desired outcome of my visit, it was disappointing to wait 1hr 20 mins for my 11am booked appointment. I fully acknowledge that delays are sometimes unavoidable & I could have called to see how the morning was going however I don't really think I should have to. If there is this system in place to send me a text to confirm the appointment that I have made (& to which I turned up to on time), then why can't this same system be used to alert the patient of the likely wait time. Alternatively, perhaps the GP time could be better managed & if a visit is looking to take a lot longer than anticipated, negotiate with that patient to rebook them asap in a better timeslot to better address their needs thereby looking after them & also the waiting room of other patients. I feel the current system only causes frustration on both sides & it seems as if the patient's time really isn't important enough that they are given the courtesy of being seen on time. I know of people who are docked time from their job while they spend time waiting to be seen, fortunately for me I had the time to wait & left with my referral & a very tidy phone! Had I not really needed this referral, I would simply have left with nothing but wasted time.

My regular doc Jo Willison is on holidays so I saw a young English doctor whom I found to be rude and dismissive
Won’t be going back again

Fast to get in, same day appointment and the Doctor we saw was very good, made the time to ask my concerns, get my son comfortable with him (with a lollipop!) and answered our questions. Clinic is always tidy and welcoming.

What a wonderful clinic! We’re visiting from interstate and I needed to see a doctor. The GP was everything a doctor should be, caring, reassuring and knowledgeable, and the receptionist was lovely. Very grateful!

Unreal, the surgery is consistently late by at least 30 minutes a time, my appointment gets canceled for no reason and then I had to rebook, rock up 10 mins late to be told the doctor won’t see me.

After my regular GP left to go on maternity leave, I was doubtful I would find someone as good as her. And then I met Dr. Brenno Becker. He has outstanding medical knowledge and the best manner. I’ve now found my new doctor.

I've been going to Duchess Medical for 10 years and was delighted when a clinic opened in Kealy/Vasse. The staff are friendly and approachable and it really feels like you're cared about by the medical professionals. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We dont live in the area, and the staff so helpful and kind. We really happy with the service and the doctor is nice and thorough.
