22Attended DM this week. Friendly efficient staff and great medical care. Was able to make an appointment on same day morning. Had something stuck in throat earlier in week unable to be resolved in Perth had turned into major difficulty swallowing and then that day swollen throat and fever. A really nice and good humoured doctor examined me, looked in my throat, diagnosed infection from scratched throat due to getting the something stuck in throat, prescribed a week of antibiotics. Three days later I am almost 100%. Sounds straightforward but 2 Perth doctors including ED did nothing for me, did not examine me, no treatment. So 10 out of 10 DM, thank you!
The doctors are good however 5/5 appointments i’ve waited 45 mins + for my appointment as well as a 10 min plus wait to pay. I won’t be returning.
I visited the Duchess Medical centre this morning. I had to wait about 25 minutes but once with my doctor I explained my problem. He was able to temporarily resolve the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending this medical practice. They are very professional
Had a really nice appointment with Dr Keira Baker today. She properly listened to my symptoms, was very friendly and attentive, and explained things clearly and thoroughly!
Friendly, non judgemental kind doctor who did all he could to help me how I needed. First visit but will be making this my regular gp from now on.

We are visiting from Melbourne and called to get an appointment for our toddler. New patient and they had him in within a few hours. The Dr we saw was absolutely incredible, she was thorough, explained everything in detail and took the time to make sure me and my son were comfortable, plus scheduled a follow up call for results in a couple of days with a future plan if required. If I could take her back to Melbourne she would be our new Dr! Thanks for the great and efficient service!
My experience with Duchess Medical has been nothing but positive. All staff and doctors that I have encountered are professional, understanding and caring above expectations. Thank you to my doctor he is our family doctor and has been there all the way.
Today i went in to the clinic for a little medical procedure, Doctor Soh and her nurse Belinda were absolutely AMAZING. I was so nervous and they did their best to comfort me, before, during and after the procedure- they even offered me lolies. They were professional, but super friendly. I would recommend them to anyone (: thanks again ladies.

Very friendly and accommodating! I came from 20 kms out of town for an appointment and got the week wrong (came 0ne week early). Staff kindly rescheduled an appointment for me >
Doctors are good however every single appointment has been the same thing. Minimum 30 minutes wait and not a single call from reception/doctor to advise of the delay so the day can be better planned. Today it has been 1 hour so far.
Very poor and frustrating.
Staff very friendly and as a walk in expected a delay in service.not the case. Treated as if I had been a patient for years. Very impressed.
