Drummond Golf

My husband went in for a fitting for a driver he was a little late due to the traffic (we drove an hour to get there). The supposed expert he was supposed to see fobbed him off to someone else (who was a nice guy). My husband overheard the “pro” mumble under his breath “he’s late isn’t he! ”
Will not be returning to this store we will drive the bit further to Perth to purchase all of our golfing needs (Golf Box here we come!)

I went to this store to look at buying some clubs. I wasn't offered any assistance for the 30 minutes I was there even though I'd approached the staff at the counter and asked about a few irons. There was only one other person in the store at the time so I was really disappointed. Not sure if they thought I was a serious customer. I walked out empty handed and won't be going back.

Hi. Do you have testing bays with launch monitor data? Would I be able to get fitted into a stealth driver at your store?

Excellent service from Adam, knows his stuff and a really friendly guy. Lots of specials in the store, worth the visit for all golfing tragics.

I just getting into golfing not long ago and recently taking up lessons with Drummond Golf Mandurah. I purchased all the gears from Drummond. Everyone is so professional and helpful with great service mind. I always feel welcome, no pressure but come out with extra knowledge even just going in for a quick look around. My lesson with Ian was absolutely awesome. Very impressed with the concept and the way he explained everything. Ian make it easy to understand in a practical way, talking from a perspective of someone who had zero experience with golf here. I can’t wait to go back. Looked for new clubs rather buy better than cheap ones great putting green and a screen to see if you are pulling or fading I want 1 at home

Iain was fabulous. A font of professional, friendly information to help in the purchase of a half set of ladies clubs for my elderly mother. He really listened to what we wanted, was mindful of our budget and made helpful, considerate suggestions in terms of her physical restrictions in getting the right buggy that she could lift and carry in to her car.

Ian and his staff have been friendly and helpful every time I have been to the store, even when I just go to check out whats new whether I buy or do not buy. No high pressure just good friendly relaxed service.

Very helpful staff especially Ryan, very little choice of clothes sizes for ladies according to my wife.

As new golfers we were fairly apprehensive about investing in golf equipment however, Sam made the whole experience pleasurable. Prices are competitive and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

POOR FORM! Around 12 months ago I spent 3.5k on a complete set of clubs and accessories, I am still waiting on a replacement rain cover for the Taylormade bag, I pulled the cover out of the pocket to clip onto the bag which turned out to be faulty from new.
I have provided my details and chased this up on a number of occasions within the first day and weeks of purchase, Drummond have failed, and quite frankly not interested to resolve this issue.
I have been back to the shop a few times in the last 12 months for balls, clothes ect, each time I remind them, and it’s the same excuse, give me you details and I will chase it up.
2 weeks ago, I spoke to Ian, he took my details for about the 10th time, there has been no response.

I am pretty frustrated, (over a bloody rain cover) but it makes for a good conversation with my golfing palls, how unprofessional Drummond Golf Mandurah staff are.

Will not let you test clubs you are considering paying hard earned money for without agreeing in advance of trialling various club options to buy one of them. Very poor service, never experienced this attitude. How can you agree to buy a product of $300+ before testing it amongst the products available, in the in house facility, there purely for testing products? It screams of tightness and fine margins, they should have a test club of each model available so they do not have to be so precious. I like to put time into my choices and was there to buy on the basis of the testing as I was replacing an old club. I believe that the two staff in there profiled myself and my partner when we went in, as ONE TIME I tested my F8 vs my F9 to see if it was worth an upgrade. The hilarious thing is, I decided to save my money on that occasion and buy one of the new products I had briefly in my hand when my father was in town for a rare visit. The money would have exited my account today, very happily as I had already committed to spending a little less money than the driver on a different area of my bag. Instead of crediting me this, we were accosted by the owner upon walking in the store and quizzed, making us feel very uncomfortable; 'Why are you trying the clubs, are you going to buy one? '. Essentially, you can only try in advance of payment if you agree to be buying. If that, with the prices you charge for clubs, is your attitude; we shall be going to Golfbox.

I was able to try everything that I needed and the service, expertise and knowledge were second to none.

Can’t wait to hit bombs with my new driver.
