Very nice doctors surgery. Clean and tidy. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Doctor Patel was professional and helpful.

My appointment today was a good experience. I arrived late and they were still able do my skin check.

I have been a patient for many years and have always found Drovers to be excellent. Love the new check in system.

Front desk service staff was great, the dr however was less than professional, failed to actually give any helpful information. Failed to actually listen to me instead making assumptions on diagnosis, I will not be back.

I felt very disregarded and unheard by Doctor Minhaj. I have had other good experiences at this clinic, particularly with Dr Oosthuizen, but would recommend you don't see Dr Minhaj.

Doctors are very good. They listen and offer great health and medical advice. I was offered an additional day off work to get well. Medical certificate came through very promptly.

In October my son and I needed ear syringe. All good. Doctor bulk billed and then $10 each for the nurse to do the procedure.
Husband went last week for same thing / same doctor. Was charged $80 for a 1 minute consult then $10 for ear syringe.

It's very rare to find a doctor like Dr Danielle Soo. Since I've started seeing her it is literally changing my life. She is so patient, kind and funny - it's really motivating me to finally address a lot of issues I've been dodging for most of my life and look after myself better. I would highly recommend her to anyone - but especially young women.

Dr Niyi is absolutely amazing with my 2 sons! He is great with kids and at whatever age, has just made all appointments great:)

Absolutely disgusted with Dr Minhaj with the way this doctor treated my daughter in a one on one consultation. Treat your patients with kindness and respect and stop your judgment! Will never be coming back to this practice.

I saw Dr. Sarah Tottle and she was wonderful, she listened, was proactive in caring about my health. Very easy to talk to. Definitely my forever Doctor. The centre is very clean and well run, with other features included, eg. Pathology, chemist next door. Great Medical Centre

I visited there on Dec 23rd suffering from a widespread attack of Shingles. The only thing the doctor prescribed was three days worth of codeine. This although the time frame for administering the antiviral drug was relevant. In consequence I have had three weeks of suffering. Visited another doctor today and was prescribed medication to address the severe pain, suspected infection and swelling. Not impressed at all.

Perfectly happy with the treatment I received at Drovers Medical Centre. Have only been 3 times and found dr Himesh Kollure genuinely caring and he answers my questions patiently. Thank you to all the staff.

95$ to see a child simply because it’s a weekend is absolutely disgraceful and your practice should be ashamed of it. All you are doing is adding unnecessary burden to an already stretched hospital system. Well done.

Came in for 2 minor issues that I knew i may have needed prescriptions for, discussed both issues with the dr that I saw. I was given one prescription and when I asked for the second script, I was told there wasn't time to discuss this and I would need to book another appointment. Seriously? I was in her office less than 5 minutes. This is a paid appointment, and I'm pretty sure we pay for a 15 minute consult. So to be "shooed " out of the office and told to make another appointment is appalling. I was actually called back before my appointment time so why was there still not time to discuss a second prescription, when she had already discussed the problem with me? I would have understood if these were big issues or I had taken up alot of time, or even if she had been running late. Won't be returning.

Asked for an appointment for mental health issues. Explained that I had no available funds until the Monday. No one cared. All they cared about was me paying. Shocking and lousy

Fast, Efficient, Friendly And the business is Fantastic.
Book as early as you can as it is a Medical Centre, and they are busy.

The doctor who gave me my Pfizer vaccine was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. He was friendly and polite. The receptionist seemed a little grumpy but it may have been a long day!

My daughter seen Dr Himesh today, great prompt on time doctor! All the receptionists were very friendly and happy. Will definitely be back
