Drop Inn / Warnbro Tavern reviews
59This place has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. If you're after a fantastic meal and a beer this is a great place to go. It can get busy so it's best to call ahead to reserve a seat.
Sunday lunchtime, busy but the service was friendly & attentive. Good menu of pub faves, servings more than generous. Impressed by the quality of wines on offer- prices great & large pours. Even the coffee was a good smooth blend. A gem for locals, great find for visitors.
Disappointing Sunday Roast. Meat was sinuous (chewy), Pastry case was overcooked. $25, expected better.
Apart from that, the Drop Inn is a popular destination and must do better meals.
The staff were friendly however lamb shanks didn't feel like they had enough body or enough food on the plate, a fight also broke out and the staff continued to serve one of them drinks even though he was intoxicated
Today was not a good day. Melbourne cup function was a dud. Pub said they were going to do things, but it didn't happen. Disappointed.
Had the steak sandwich was excellent
Staff and management are friendly
Good crowd and atmosphere
enjoyed the music
Discount beers
Absolutely amazing pub, food was amazing, drinks were thurst quenching, Staff were great. All round amazing place and a must go to for a nice great pub meal. Must suggest the Waikiki Ice Tea it's a must try. Was a great way to spend my last night before my trip back home
Keep up the great work guys
Amazing Sunday roast and excellent Chicken Parmi. Ignore any negative reviews on the roast, the giant Yorkshire pudding is such a good addition. Great portions for the price without sacrificing on quality. Good local traditional pub
Excellent little local pub with lots of beer options and a great menu as well as daily specials. Food is well presented, tasty and good portions for the price. Highly recommend.
Nice place. I thought they use to make their own beer here? Food was presentable but lacking in a bit of taste.
Walked out! Book a table early in the day, arrived to find we were being stuck in the bar which was rammed got stuck on a table in the corner by the live music.ask to sit in the restaurant.got told that is should have asked when booking.we should have been offered the option to choose!
We love the food.the service is friendly. Don't really like the darkness. We realise that's the look they go for but too dark for us lol.
An excellent local pub, great choice of beers, Australian and international. Good pub food menu and a daily specials board, well cooked presented and delicious. Finally the service, cheerful friendly staff that look after you well, totally recommend this as a good night out with family and friends
Good service, friendly staff, good selection of beers and great food all at a reasonable price! Few screens dotted around the walls to watch, cricket, footy, etc.
Booked a table for 8 for my son's birthday and we shoved on a Table for 6 under the tv in the bar. The food was very average. Will not be giving them a second chance, really disappointing
Been coming here for years and never been disappointed by a meal. Also the beer menu seems to change regularly enough that there's always something new to try, found a few new favourites!
Great food, I had the blue cheese burger which was very tasty, complete with black bread roll - which was different. Personally I’d have liked the blue cheese sauce to be slightly stronger flavoured but I guess some people might not like that. Steak sandwich was very good. Buffalo wings was really good size portion and again very tasty. Friendly service and the owner came for a chat at our table which was nice.
Meals have always been of great quality. I should emphasis the importance of going back to the home made prepped burger meat. Don't drop the standards of going to a cheaper burger. Burger is still ok but dont settle for good when it could be great.
27 dollars for the worlds smallest steak and hand full of chips and salad total rip off one star cause the beer was nice and another for friendly staff
