5 I definitely wouldn't recommend taking any car to this mechanic as it's very expensive for the poor quality of work.
Wouldn't recommend purchasing a warranty from Orange autos as the warranty company only allows services to be done at this mechanic and I've taken my car to this mechanic Soo many times for a service knowing what I want done and they haven't done it as that's the problem with the car
Do not recommend using period, extremely expensive for what they do compared to others I have used and the worst customer service i have experienced. Do your self a favour try anyone else before using these guys. Rodney is rude and believes when customers are ringing up for a service it’s there job to ask for extras to be done like new coolant and a fuel filter, which most companies as part of a service change these out but even if they don’t you would still expect a service centre to explain this to the customer and if so some would be happy to pay as well. He clearly needs customer service training and an attitude adjustment as I will never step back in there ever and will advise others to do the same. There was no mention until after the job is completed and all that the invoice states was that they changed the oil and oil filter for $349 and a check which would take someone 30min max. The car had been left with them all day to have these things sorted. Anyone considering get a service or works done please look elsewhere, greedy money hungry thieves.

Refusing to pick up my car i purchased for $9500 a few months ago from orange autos for over 3 months u have stretched out the major problem on the vehicle and was told u fixed minor issues however you could not provide no receipts of any work and left me for endless weeks back and forth with the engine light back on shame on all of you im a single mum u knew the problem from day one but refuse to fix as the problem is too expensive well im taken this further if no one is going to agree to fix the o2 sensor that u sold it to me with you think by faulty turning the engine light codes off is fine til i drive it home 5 times now and still back firing and loosing power! I will take action if no one is agreeing to fix this problem!
