Dresses are really hard to look at as all are in plastic bags and smushed together it is a whole arm workout just to find one dress, aren’t much in style trendy dresses but it depends what u like

I know all these reviews are positive and that is a big reason I came to Jo in the first place, but I would like to make a comment not necessarily negative but maybe something she is unaware of and needs to work on. I am not tall whatsoever but I am not a large girl I’m quite petite size 8-10 depending on the make of a dress, but I have curves something I love about myself. She took one look at my height and curves and said “I don’t think a Size 8 will zip up” without even letting me try it on she deterred me away and unknowingly shattered my confidence. She said the 10 ‘fit’ and the length was ‘perfect’ just required me to wear a small heel. I was going to be on a stage in front of 100+ people the last thing I wanted to do was look frumpy or wear a small heel just because the length of the dress cut off at a certain point. I honestly felt like an inconvenience to her when I came back the second time to get a better fit with my sister, she suggested I get back into the 10 to ‘show’ my sister the ‘perfect fit’ it was, my sister refused and said NO I’ve seen the pictures this is why we’re here I know we can do better than this.

After she finally found a size 8 with a medium length (which I’m sure she knew she had). I couldn’t think of a better dress for the night, it fit like a glove and the length was perfect for the occasion requiring me to wear a reasonable heel height I felt comfortable in. I'm rating it a 3 because I loved the dress but consideration of different body types and attentiveness to the customer should be a higher priority for this business.

I'd never hired a dress for an event before and was recommended to try Dress Hire Perth. I am so glad I did. There are so many dresses to choose from and all the accessories including shoes and clutches. Jo was a delight to deal with, really professional and picked out options straight away that she thought would suit me and she was right. Easy return service and great value. Will definitely be coming here next time I need a fabulous dress.

Hired the dress. Returned the next day into drop box. FOUR DAYS LATER I get a message stating that the dress is damaged. Deposit will not be returned.

Be very careful of this company!

I have been contacted by others who have been scammed. She has had 4 companies in 4 years. Seems to change them every time someone challenges her scams. She hangs up on my calls and refuses to discuss the issue!

I will be taking her to court and enourage all to avoid her company and a massive headache.
