Can't say enough great things about Dreamstart as a company. The staff are amazing, patient and understanding.

Delays and no communication with finace, if they can’t get that right how could I trust them to continue, I just wasted my time and money,

I would like to thank DreamStart for making my lifelong dream to build my own home a reality.

My Senior Sales and Design Consultant understood my dream and vision and executed it to perfection.

DreamStart were honest and upfront about their timeframes and my key handover was 2 months earlier than excepted.

My DreamStart Liaison kept me updated at least weekly of all developments on my build. Every delay was a silver lining.

I now have my forever home and this would never have been possible without DreamStart. I honestly cannot thank them enough for making my dreams come true. I feel truly blessed.

Dreamstart have been fantastic from start to finish! We were lucky enough to be working with Jade in the office and Chris the building supervisor who were both amazing in communicating with us on a weekly basis and pushing things through as quickly as possible so that we could move in earlier than planned! We are so happy with our dream home and have Dreamstart and Jade and Chris to thank for it all!

Dreamstart have a wide range of house designs and helped us modify one of there own designs to fit us perfectly.

After a lengthy wait due to the pandemic we are getting ready to move in! Our sales agent, liaison and supervisor were all very easy to deal with and we were well informed through the process. The final product has nice finishes and the attention to detail in

(Normally I don't write any bad review but I will now due to my experience with Dreamstart).

IF I HAVE TO BUILD AGAIN, I will NEVER BUILD AGAIN with Dreamstart….
Dealing with these guys has been a nightmare from the start. I have made the biggest mistake on choosing and signing a building contract with Dreamstart.
Building a dream home was something I was looking BUT REGRET after finding myself with Dreamstart.

Things started really well as their usual way that they sale themselves and to attracts people into signing the contract.

They can’t keep their words even when evidence is show through email communications. Take too long to response and later come up with excuses of either is too late or can’t do anything.
They need to work on their communications which is terrible, and every time an excuse given or either blaming it their clients.

From the start they let me selected a few variation items which I choose to be added. They did this so I can get into signing the contract with them. Then later decide for them be remove and change. These were signed and agreed upon from the pre-start and they were removed and changed ACCORDING TO THEIR INTESTEST NOT CLIENT.
They blame thing on their clients, changing things within the building contracts without consulting first then when asked, they give invalid response.

Very pushy and no Patience as they rush things from the start and never give people chance or time. Would refuse to fix or complete any errors or mistake that is detected during constructions (proclaim it as a human error). Can’t provide a proper answers to Questions being asked.

I am building with Dreamstart, it's been a long process due to the Covid-19 delays but throughout the whole process I've been kept up to date on progress from a great team. Special thanks to Jade, my liaison officer, for the amazing patience, professionalism and friendly service she has provided. Weekly updates, either by phone or email, and always a fast response to any enquiry. Chris, my site manager, thank you too for your time and explanation to any questions I have had at our meetings. Amazing design for our forever home and truly exceptional workmanship for the house. We can't wait to move in. Thanks again team)

The DreamStart team really lived up to the name. The level of expertise and professionalism was greatly demonstrated from consultancy, to design and throughout construction. Special mentions to the team, Holly and Kane that handled my build and consistently smashed all expectations.
They were Legen.wait for it. Dary! Legendary!

I wouldn't recommend this builder. Dream start is one of the worse Builders. They are full of excuses and lies to their customers - which show they don't care.
They sale themselves in their display homes which is not what you would expect when you build with them.

Once you signed the contract with these guys then your screw. They are terrible …. They don't consider their customers. They rush the building process NEVER listen to any concerns given and would changed thing in your contracts without consulting with their clients.

Can't day enough great things about Dreamstart as a company. The staff are amazing, patient and inderstanding.

They built my house. This was back in 2016. Five years later still no complaint. Everything still works just the way it is supposed to be.

Girl at reception was completely rude and unprofessional. Can’t go for a company who don’t know how to look after their clients.

Dreamstart homes have been amazing throughout the entire build process! They have been efficient in their communication and kept me informed every step of the way! Special shout out to Craig my initial sales consultant who supported me in making this happen! Craig is extremely knowledgeable and professional - It has definitely been a Dreamstart to my first home! Would 100% recommend!

Buying a house on my own has been a massive deal for me and i can't thank Jack from Dreamstart homes and The first home buyers club enough. His patience, care, honesty and enthusiasm has been incredible throughout with my journey. He especially answers all my stressful questions in a timely manner and makes me feel at ease again. Nothing is a drama and to be honest the whole team carry the same caring attitude and that is what I've loved the most.

We have just built our first home through Dreamstart Homes. Our experience was fantastic from first meeting to key handover. Aaron was fantastic and helped us choose the right house for us. Aaron spent time explaining the process from start to finish as it was our first time. When we signed all the contracts Aaron still would touch base to see how everything was going. Our Prestart meeting was fantastic and Michelle went through everything with us in great detail. Jenna then took over as our Liaison and contacted us each week with updates and to help with any questions or concerns we had. Towards the end Jenna moved to another department and Tanaya took over continuing the fantastic communication and regular updates. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to look after us during this journey. We highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to build. Thank you so much Aaron, Michelle, Jenna, Tanaya and site managers that helped us with our first home.

There were a few problems in the beginning after the contracts were signed But after that now we are at the stage of slab down and we are very happy and satisfied with the results Hopefully the next stages of house building will be great too
