Dragon Inn Chinese Restaurant

Ordered takeaway fried rice and springs rolls to see if food are as nice as those in Vic park chinese restaurants.
Unfortunately, this restaurant still serves the traditional Australian Chinese food only cater for the locals who have not tried the authentic Chinese food.
Fried Rice has so little ingredients but lot of soy or salt to cover the real taste.
Springs rolls are ok.
Sorry I won't go back if a Chinese Restaurant can't serve proper fried rice which is the easiest dish to cook.

2nd they have swapped the calamari out for fried fish, gotta love paying $70 on meals for them to cheap out.

This place used to be good, wouldn’t go near them again.

Love the hofun. One of the best I have tried so far. Sweet and sour chicken was as amazing too

Freezing cold, rubbish. Stale crackers very disappointing. Change of owner I believe and no delivery. Never again

Don't even bother! Stirfry vegetables with noodles.but where are the vegetables? Mabey if they changed the oil in the deep fryer the pork wouldn't come out like black balls, and theTom yum soup was dish water with no ingredients. Thos place is the worst I've ever had. Never again.

Terrible food delivered in a flash!
Flavourless and sloppy.

2x wrong dishes delivered and 1x dish not delivered.
We had family over and decided to order dinner. Will not order from here again. Three peoples orders were either incorrect or not delivered. When we called to query the issues with the delivered and undelivered food, we were told that we would have to pay for the corrections as well as an other delivery fee. Food was poor and the customer service absolutely appalling!
The issue was not rectified.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Poor customer service, not delivering what was paid for, person on the end of the phone telling you something different to what you get delivered! Absolutely useless, I don’t recommend save your money. Wouldn’t refund either for not delivering a meal! Also wanted to charge me delivery charge for bringing the meal they had forgotten to deliver utterly disgusting service

Avoid at all cost. Absolute rubbish. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Chicken chow mein very bland. Ordered take out, ended up with 2 Wong dishes and one dish missing altogether. Phoned up to complain, but after 20 minutes no resolution made. No customer care what do ever. AVOID

Terrible experience. I ordered dinner as I had guests arriving only to realise after almost an hour that order had been canceled because restaurant was not ready when Uber Eats driver arrived. I called restaurant and asked if I can pick the order and they said they no longer had the order. I placed a new order to pick up myself & I was told it will be $51.40 & on arrival an arrogant staff member rudely refused to accept payment as per the charge advised on the phone & forced me to pay a slightly higher amount. I ended up paying as o realised it was a worst of time trying to explain to her the importance of good customer service & how much they had unconvinced me.

Definitely recommend first time we tried and our whole family loved all of our food we’ll definitely be back!

What a disappointment! Food had no flavour and the smell was only comparable to something rotten.

If you’re considering this place, I suggest Burger King on the corner might be a safer option.

Lovely counter staff which is a redeemable feature and only reason I gave it one star.

Most bland satay chicken I have ever had. No flavour, did not even taste any hint of satay in the dish. Tasted so miserable I went and whipped up my own satay sauce to put on it. So much for not cooking tonight, might as well have.

Container for the satay chicken came about 3/4 full which is incredibly out of the ordinary compared to the many Chinese restaurant I've ordered from in WA and is disappointing.

Rice was well cooked, but that isn't saying much.

Got told food be ready in 45mins that's fine went down to pick up, got told be another 15mins. Then waited 15mins went in again got told be another 15 said that's no good can u offer a discount for the long wait girl at counter said no.then finally got food got it home 3mins away and half of its cold. Absolutely terrible service and also omelette tray half empty.moral of the story dnt waste ya time

OMG the food at Dragon Inn is amazing. We have never had a bad feed.
Girls who do deliveries are extremely polite.

The food there was amazing, I defiantly plan to go back there soon, the staff were very polite and I would highly suggest it

ONCE AGAIN.phone order not taken correctly!
Understand once but this time was very specific because feeding grandchildren!

SO SICK OF THE MISTAKES FOR TAKE AWAY

1st time testing on staying nearby Serpentine Falls and found this restaurant really good in taste, plate presentation and service during lunch time. To me, just a tat salty due to I always in low salt diet. Will be back when passing thru this area next time

Ordered dumplings and what I got was bland big meatballs with hardly any dough. The combination kway teow was a good portion but just as bland. Would definitely not recommend and will not be returning.

I have ordered a few times from the restaurant. I have only had good experiences every time. Food tastes good.
