Highly recommend Dr Randle and team, recently undergoing surgery was one of the easiest and nicest experiences i had with this amazing team. Couldn’t ask for any better experience and results.

You would think at 65 I would be happy in my skin but having a larger than wanted bust has always governed my life in a negative way so I took the plunge and made an appointment with Dr Randle. I can honestly say that the care from consultation to post surgery has been nothing but 100%. He is such a lovely genuine person who made me feel very relaxed to the point where I couldn’t wait to have it done. He was upfront with all information including risks. Fran & Bianca at the surgery are the loveliest people too they are so caring & made me feel like I was more than just ‘a patient’. The staff at the Mount Hospital were also excellent: My surgery was only 8 weeks ago and my recovery has been amazing. The pain was manageable & swelling & bruising minimal. The scars are so neat and they are healing so well. I have now been back to normal doing pilates classes, walking, exercising etc plus everyday life duties for over 2 weeks now. Another bonus is I now hold my head high & shoulders back & I have a definite spring in my step because I feel so damn fabulous…. Literally got the weight off my chest.

Dr. Peter Randle is the best plastic surgeon ever. Top quality medical care, start to finish. Dr. Randle kind and understanding my problem and he's done a grate job on my breasts, I had breast augmentation with him on 21th of April 2023. I'm very happy now with my new me. I highly recommend him, my cousin sent me to him as she's told to me he's the best and yes it's true, but I would say Best of the Best, if I can rate him up to 1000.000 stars I would do it. It took me a lot to write this review as I didn’t want to admit he messed up my face but he did. I’m only young and he took skin he shouldn’t have, confirmed by other specialist eye surgeons. I live with the regret everyday to this day. I should have gone to multiple consults. Please see more than one surgeon for advice this really ruined my life.

I've had several operations now with Dr Randle over the years. I continue to go back because I trust him. I don't have to wonder, worry or stress about what the outcome will be because he is quite literally the best surgeon in Perth and I know that when the job is done, no one else could have done it better.

AMAZING! The results are fantastic, minimal bruising, pretty much NO redness at all- tiny incisions that are unnoticeable! Dr Randle is very gentle, the results are present straight away (even though I am still a little swollen fresh from surgery). Hardly any soreness during my recovery and all the staff I have met before, during and after my procedure were all consistently lovely, helpful and professional.

I had conducted hundreds of hours of research and interviewed multiple surgeons before meeting with Dr Randle. Upon meeting with him it was evident he knew his work very well. He was also patient, humble and thorough. I got lipo with the fat transferred to my breasts and the results are great. I'm 7 weeks post op and my breasts are two cup sizes bigger and my waist an inch smaller. Would not hesitate to get further procedures with Dr Randle. His staff are lovely and Fran on front desk is very responsive and helpful. I'm extremely grateful. Thank you Dr Randle and team!

For at least 5 years I have wanted to have a lip lift to reduce the amount of skin between my upper lip and the base of my nose. I noticed it daily when looking in a mirror - it was a lot. This long lip situation runs in my family.

After talking to work colleagues (I’m a nurse) and spending hours upon hours researching, reading reviews, looking at before and after photos, watching YouTube videos of the top lip lift surgeons, I booked a few consultations.

Two of the consultations made me very hesitant about going forward with the surgery. One of them was a little bit old school with his techniques and the other was more interested in selling me his $$$$ facelift than talking about my lip lift.
I only thought I would meet with Dr. Randle because he came highly recommended from my work colleague.

Dr. Randle’s office staff (Fran & Bianca) are pleasant and efficient in making my appointment, making me feel relaxed and welcome; his office is beautiful, understated, and super clean. Meeting Dr. Randle was a pleasure and a relief. I very quickly could see he was truly a medical professional, knowledgeable, personable, and kind, a good listener, oriented to details, and really into what he does! Most of all he does want his patients to be really, really happy with the outcome. I appreciated that he explained his approach to lip lifts and asked what results I hoped for. He is easy to talk to and wasn't rushed. I felt totally at ease and in good hands. I booked my surgery right then! (Usually I take several days/weeks to make this sort of decision.) I had confidence that Dr. Randle would do an excellent job for me. He did!

Dr. Randle and his wonderful staff were very caring and reassuring during the surgery and recovery process. I had no problems, healed quickly, no pain, and the scar is not visible. I absolutely love, love, love the results! A lip lift makes my face more youthful for sure. Dr. Randle is an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend him. I am so happy with my results. Why is it that when the plastic surgeon is about to write your quote.they ALWAYS ask you what you do for a living? Whilst looking at your watch or jewellery.trying to judge your wealth.
There is absolutely no reason to ask this question. Its obvious its done to maximise their returns.
Every plastic surgeon does the same thing. Dr Randle no different. And he was the most expensive by far out of my three quotes obtained for same procedure.
That aside I found Dr Randle to be quite thorough and seemed to be competent and honest.

Dr Randle is a lovely gentleman and a meticulous, professional surgeon. He is quietly spoken and calm and makes me feel very much at ease in putting my health in his hands. He is compassionate and has been understanding, caring and kind in working through my difficult situation towards an optimal solution, whilst generously offering the most affordable outcome for me. I had THE BEST experience getting a my breast enlarged! The most nicest staff members, extremely caring. He used a special technique which makes them look very natural!
Dr Randle has a lot of experience and knowledge behind him and listens to you very carefully.
All of his before and after pictures looked amazing!
After I had my operation done everything went smoothly with no complications. I love the look and they still look very natural (some people think they are my natural breasts).
Once I got them done I had a flood of messages from other women asking where I got them done and that they are the best breast enlargement they have ever seen. I have referred everyone to him and my friends who are going to him say the same as I do. My partner is extremely happy with them too and says that they are amazing!
