11I highly highly recommend Dr M Wertheim as he is a very capable and experienced Ophthalmologist. Dr Wertheim takes the time to patiently explain all that you need to know, even during surgery he’s reassuring you every step of the way. He has a friendly and calm bedside manner which immediately puts you at ease. If you’re searching for a patient, knowledgeable and skilled surgeon, then Dr Wertheim is your guy!
Went to other eye professionals and non of them knew what was wrong with my red eye that was hurting for a month. There were giving me wrong eye drops. Dr Wertheim identified the problem, prescribed the correct medicine and my eye was as new in just one day. Highly recommend this doctor.
This man is amazing. I have had a terrible experience with another surgeon and have gone to Dr Wertheim for a second opinion. He has listened and given me positive options. If only I had been referred to him first!

A lovely man. Straight to the point. Caring and has his door open to clients anytime you need to get reassurance. Don’t listen to other people’s experience just listen to this gentleman. Things sometimes take a bit longer to heal and he is so reassuring at all times.
I highly recommend Dr Wertheim, he is a professional and empathic doctor. When necessary they fit me in with no fuss at all and the ladies at the front desk are a pleasure to talk to.

Best result both near and distant vision are perfect. No glasses needed. I can see better than when I was 14. I can read all the ingredients at the super market and read in bed at night with no glasses. I have never been so happily surprised with a surgery.
