This morning I was served by the lovely Morgan, she was so welcoming and very helpful. Morgan has an amazing bubbly personality and excellent customer service she seems like a true asset to the team:)

I came in for new laces for my current pair of Docs. Charles was amazing & taught me about a balsam product to keep my shoes in better condition. I felt welcomed and important even though I was just buying an inexpensive pair of shoe laces. He also looked up my shoes to make sure the measurments were correct. Gold class service. I really appreciated the care that was taken. I would recommend this shop to my friends.

No joke, one of the best customer service experiences I've had in my life. Geneva (I hope that's how it's spelled) had fantastic knowledge of every model and fabric, and made sure I got the right boots to be comfortable as well as stylish. They also serviced my tired old boots for free while I was trying things on! Wouldn't hesitate to return after that awesome experience, rock on Geneva

Just bought a pair of work boots for my wife with orthopaedic problems we were assisted by Geneva who was very knowledgeable and more than helpful with our requirements, wouldn’t normally leave a review but feel compelled to as Geneva was such a delightful lady, the Joondalup store is lucky to have her there thank you Geneva for your help regards Stirling & Vera
