Had to call up because I bought a pair of docs online and they ended up being too big for me, very friendly & helpful staff - that was a quick process which was great:)

Had a very bad experience with one of the retail assistants. This girl was condescending and disrespectful and overall unhelpful. Disappointed as I love docs very much.

I stopped in to get some shoe polish but left with a new pair of boots thanks to Kristal and her non-pushy, patient and fun salesperson-ness.
Now I need twice as much polish.

Collected a pair of shoes today and am so impressed with over all service I recieved both in store and online. The click and collect process for me was so fast and the customer service in store was so appreciated. The lady checked over the shoes in front of me for any imperfections and explained return protocols (as these were a gift) clearly. So good to see the effort especially coming up to Xmas period where the little niceties tend to slide!

I couldn't have asked for more of a better experience, even though it was of the phone. Have not had customer service like what i got today for a very long time the two girls working at the store are a huge credit to their employers very knowledgeable 10/10 girls

Very friendly staff. I wasn’t planning to buy some in that day but I had such a good customer service satisfaction that I decided to buy my boots. The two ladies that were on that day were very nice.
